The ROC is a great deal for the price. Everyone is very friendly. I go early in the morning and there is never a wait for equipment.

Good gym at a decent price. Not a lot of equipment, but enough for the major lifts (bench, squat, deadlifts, OHP). The card system is a little weird, and the stationary bikes are just confusing, but everything works. The workers are also very friendly. They do have advertisements for their church up everywhere, but no one is preachy. They leave you alone to lift.

I feel the smart key is a waste of money. I have had more issues with the key Either when I check in it does not read it or the computers are down or what but I feel like I have wasted $30

The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is good and friendly. There is free WiFi, and it is clean.

this gym is the nicest I've ever seen I love going there and playing volleyball ordering a coffee or a smoothie from the café (which taste amazing) and doing work on the free Wi-Fi all together I LOVED IT
