Awesome place. Friendly staff, honest business practice. They were very accommodating and Eric the mechanic was sooo knowledgeable about pwc.

I brought my Yamaha 242 Limited in to be looked at because it was making a rattling sound when running. I try to do all work myself because I am not trusting of most shops. I was very pleased with my technician Eric!! He was very thorough in explaining the noise my engine was making and was very honest! He let me know there was not an extreme need to have service done today, but let me know what to do in the future as it gets worse. I will come back for all repairs because if this! Rivas didnt make much off of my trip today, but now they have a very loyal customer in the future. Thanks Eric!!

Terrible experience with the service department! They told us our jet ski needed over $1500.00 of work and parts and they didn't now if that would fix the problem! They charged us $250 for the diagnosis!! We decided to sell it. The person that bought it told us he fixed it for $20.00!!! It only needed a new switch!!!! They either do not know what they are doing or are dishonest!
