It's a fun I usually go midday and it's never too busy. Could use a little more cleaning and up keep and the music tends to be pretty awful but the equipment is decent and I don't have to wait. If rather this than Crunch as the alternative.

Very nice and clean gym. Has pretty much everything you could need for your fitness needs.

Good class teachers and facility. Babysitting quality is hit or miss depending on which college student they've got in there that day

Great family owned gym. Has everything I need and more...what other gym in the area has a dodge ball arena!? Clean and well organized facility operated by one of the most humble gym owners I've ever met. Very friendly staff and rarely gets over crowded unlike most of the gyms in the area (yea, I'm putting you on blast Crunch and Planet Fitness). I highly recommend checking this place out
