    Friendly reminder Fit Fam , no classes this weekend in observation of Easter 🙏🏽. No class on Friday or Saturday.

    So with that being said , you have two chances tomorrow to get fit and fine at the 6pm class and the 7pm class.

    So I totally wanted to go to sleep basically since I woke up this morning. Allergies were having me feel pretty exhausted and so sleepy but I decided to work out anyways at 6 o’clock and it was amazing and now I feel so great and so energized I’m convinced working out is the cure for everything !

    If you’re happy work out, if you’re sad work out, if you’re confused work out, if you’re celebrating work out, going through drama workout, feeling stuffy head and exhausted because of allergies work out. The end result is just some awesomeness

    Mid week tip of the day - Limit calories from added sugars and saturated fats and reduce sodium intake. Consume an eating pattern low in added sugars, saturated fats, and sodium. Cut back on foods and beverages higher in these components to amounts that fit within healthy eating patterns. Little changes add up to big changes fast... 😉

    Happy Sunday folks, we had a bit of flooding due to 4" rain shower mid day yesterday. We are still reviewing the outcome of the first ever 12 week #2019RPM_transformation. I will keep everyone posted.Thank you to all the participants 👏👏👏.Also a very Special thanks to Meal Proz for providing the INBODY scale for our contest, Rock's Discount Vitamins N More South Austin for all the T.L.C they showed to our participants & Yvonne Moreno for all her hard training. Regardless where... you finished you all planted a seed for creating a change to better your health & physical capabilities 💪😁.This is far better than just talking about it or settling for the current condition and giving up.With time & effort I truly believe every goal can be achieved.     Hey there hope everyone is having a great productive day. We are officially 1 week out from the final weigh in for our very first 12 week #2019RPM_transformation 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹 Its time to grind harder than ever!!! We will be running another transformation challenge with a date yet to be determined. Meanwhile as hopefully you have seen we are running a Super Spring Special on1 on 1 P.T & our Strength & conditioning classes.     Fast Fun Fridays are here and just in time. Strong core muscles make it easier to do most physical activities. ... Strong core muscles are also important for athletes, such as runners, as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. It’s not just about looking good in your crop tops -but that’s cool 😎 too haha , it’s about balance , functionality and being healthy
