This place was a lifesaver. They fixed an alternator on my daughters car at 5:00 on a Friday, when she was traveling, and far from home. Great customer service. Thank you so much Richard!

I was traveling down interstate 40 when unbeknownst to me the electrical relay that powered my engine control module failed. I was skeptical but hopeful after reading the reviews for RW Auto, and requested to be towed there. Well, I can personally testify that you can trust these reviews. Richard and his staff are fair, honest, good people. They got me patched up and back on the road as quick as they could, and went out of their way to make sure I had shelter for the evening. Thank you Richard for looking after a lonely traveler. The kindness you showed me made a long day a little better.

On July 4th our 2004 GMC Envoy was towed to RW Auto by recommendation of K&M Towing from I-40 after the all drivers side front lug nut studs broke but one. My wife was headed back to Pennsylvania for at the time. Being it was a holiday Mike tow company called the owner directly and explained the problem. The owner of R&W Auto (Richard) said they would work in it first thing the next morning. The vehicle was done and ready to go at noon July 5th. They were very helpful and curtious. Being from out of town, I am glad to know there are good honest shops still around. I highly recommend RW Auto and K&M Towing.
