A great small beer, wine and liquor shop shop in an awesome small town of Lewes. They always have a great selection of craft beer although quantities are small and constantly changing. I try to give them all of my alcohol purchases. Their staff is always chatty and friendly with great recommendations if you know what kind of beer/wine that you want but not which brand.

Small liquor store situated in an easy to get to location. As stated the place is close quarters but the selections of beer, wines and liquors are mind boggling. Hard to believe they can stock such a lovely array of things in a limited space. If you're staying at a hotel/motel in town and want to bring some refreshments back to your room this is your 'go to' place. The only draw back is parking can be tight at times but don't let that discourage you.

We've spent plenty of time and money at this store and, until today, really enjoyed shopping there. Today, while shopping around town with our two young children, my 2 & 5 year old decided not to walk back to our beach house which was fine with me because I'm also 20 weeks pregnant with twins. We called grandma and she pulled into the parking lot of R & L so we could jump in. The owner barged out aggressively accusing us of parking there and getting ice cream? As my husband kindly explained that we are simply just loading up our kids (car in drive) he refused to listen. It was extremely unprofessional behavior given the situation at hand. There are plenty of other places to get our alcohol after that episode.

The owner is very knowledgeable however, it the staff like Carol. Tom, Bob et.al. who are always available and yes passionate about craft beer and strive to stay way ahead of the curve on quality and pricing of craft beers and wines as well. So, for beer, wine and other beverage needs R&L on 2 Street is "That Place" in Lewes.

I have been coming here for a long time because they have the adult drink needs for all and the staff is fun. There is a reason it was votes best adult beverage store of the state of Delaware in 2016

Really good liquor store with a large collection of rare and desireable beers, a well curated collection of wines, and some very special spirits. Definitely, this is one of the best liquor stores in the state. Well educated and informative staff.
