Bad experience. They are just wanting to sell air tickets without giving proper information on baggage charges, layover, etc. Had to pay baggage charges even when we were told that there will not be any. Will never book tickets with them again and would advice others to not do so too.

Excellent service by Parveen, RK Travel, when we were in need, she helped us get the tickets at 11 th hour in the night. Very nice.
