    Couldn't get a inspection sticker for the new truck, plate I gave them was not up to standards they said. Drove to a local shop and got a inspection sticker...No problem. I'm sure I would get the "we are following the law" line...But really...I love a business that forces you to go somewhere else.

    "I had a great experience working with Chevy Agcatas. He found me exactly the truck that I wanted. He explained everything to me that i needed. Whole process was very smooth. No pressure and i had the best truck that fits in my budget.

    I recently purchased an Explorer from Nick Scarvalas at Quirk Ford in Quincy. He went above and beyond to go through each option with patience and in great detail. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely friendly and super helpful. Nick made sure I left with everything I needed and then some. He continues to make himself available to answer any questions I have regarding my new vehicle! He made an otherwise daunting task so easy and actually fun and exciting. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with his professionalism and quality of service this establishment provides. I highly recommend Quirk Ford in Quincy! Thank you, Nick!!

    I did not have the greatest experience here. I’ve been here a few times for oil changes and wasn’t too bad, but the last experience was kind of unacceptable. I went in for extended warranty issues on my car and described what felt wrong with my car, if you look on line it matches the part they were suppose to replace but they didn’t. I was told it was another issue with the car and would have to pay $1,600. I was also put in a rental thinking it would be covered cause you know it was Fords problems with the car. I was also told 2 days and I could come pick it up. 6 days later....... I get the call to come get it. Had to pay 140 for the rental and 50 for labor when I thought it was covered. I didn’t have the money on me at the time and also told them that I thought it was not appropriate for them to charge me. I was then told “you can’t take your car until you pay” and they left it at that. It has been about a month and a half with serval calls to the customer service department and every time I get yeah we’ll get back to you..... the last time I called was about a week ago and was told “let me talk to the service manager and I’ll call you back today” still no call. Really unsatisfied with this place and honestly would never recommend it. If ford sees this please call me.

    Nick was a phenomenon sales person that went above and beyond for us. Offering us advice and assist with our insurance claim on our previously vehicle. Very quick to answer and help out in any way he can months after selling us the truck. He focuses on customer service and satisfaction above all else, much more than your average sale person on commission.

    I worked with Jason Capone. i had a great experience overall. Jason was very helpful in helping me find a new car! I was able to select and purchase a car quickly with minimum aggravation. Couldn't of have been happier with this process!

    Nick S. was the salesman I worked with. Nick was amazing! He was professional helpful and easy to work with. He didn't give the typical "I just want to sell a car" vibe at all. I ended up with a lease and I will absolutely be back to see nick in three years as well as recommending him to anyone looking for a car.

    My husband called to speak and Nick was great on the phone. And even emailed cars within our budget. We went to look at the car everyone friendly and nice. Nick was the best he was great on the test drive gave us great information on the car and showed us other options. We made a good deal and walked away with what we needed. I recommend seeing Nick he knowledgeable and helpful and not too pushy someone you can trust will tell you the truth about the car.

    This place loves to nickel and dime you no matter what they say. I couldnt wait to get my vehicle and get out of there. They received my paperwork from my insurance company at noon on friday and refused to get license plates on it until the following monday. It seemed like they had never delt with an issue like this before. Unfortunately I left with a bad taste in my mouth you figure if your buying a 71k dollar vehicle they would take care of issues like these

    Truly be careful of their service department. I had taken my car to an inspection place and it passed the safety inspection but failed the emission test. I took my car to Quirk to get the capless gas tank sensor checked. They told me it was some other emissions stuff and charged me over $500. Then they told me they had to do a safety check again. I told them that wasn't necessary since it had been less than 30 days since the safety check was done. They said they had to do it. Well what do you know they said it failed because of the tires, and that I would need 4 new tires. I said baloney!!! Give me my car I am leaving. I took it to another state inspection place and it passed! Quirk tried to rip me off for 4 new tires when it wasn't necessary. Don't go to Quirk Ford.. They are a rip off!!!!
