This place has the worst customer service. Not only was the service really abrupt, but the heavy set gentleman treated his employe horrible. I would NOT suggest working here or purchasing anything from here. I will never return again.

The baldhead dude who is the owner is a true worthless pathetic lowlife bottle of the barrel scum but I guess that's what you find in Rochester he will try too high ball you with the cheapest looking item and will try to low ball you if you going too sell them something he has a nasty attitude and very rude toward the customers only because he knows Rochester new Hampshire worthless finest will save him at a press of a button true Rochester trash

Very rude when you're selling items. Brand new in the box very current guitar gear and they're not interested.?

I won't be back when it's time to buy ANYTHING from these guys.

Strongly suggest the same by anyone looking to pawn or sell.

very dirty place, mostly old and broken tools, swords, way overpriced crap. almost no up to date electronics, only 1 playstation 3, very dusty, likely doesn't work, no ipods, tablets, or computers, they are selling trash like a couple 5" b&w tv's for over 15$ each, I would not recommend this place to anyone, except for an enemy. I went to a 500% better pawn shop over in lilac plaza, I think the place was called Rochester Pawn, that place was much cleaner and was even better than radio shack.
