  I bought my Prius v here in 2011 and only service it here. These guys know their cars. Abel is courteous and professional. I have been working with him for years. He knows me and can answer all of my questions. The fees are reasonable. The mechanics are top notch. I highly recommend Queensboro Toyota for all of your automotive needs.

  I met with an informative and courteous sales rep named David Chin regarding the new 2018 Toyota Camry. Mr Chin was able to answer all of my questions and based off those was able to sell me on additional features that would make my driving experience a lot more comfortable. I recommend seeing him if you aren’t sure about all the best possible options for your new car choice

  I purchased two cars with Queensboro Toyota over the last ten years. Last week, I tried for a third purchase. They lowered my trade-in value by three thousand saying I had an accident in it (accident was fender and bumper repainted from a large scratch). This kind of practice encourages hit-and-run accidents. If you report your accident to police your car trade-in value plummets according to Queensboro Toyota. This dealership does not value return clients. It values you only if they can make big money on you.

  My husband and I just visited this car dealership. We were attended amazingly by Lavendra. He got us exactly what we were looking for and made sure to get us the best deal! He is extremely friendly and made you feel 100% comfortable when you speak with him.

  It was a delight working with Queensboro! We've always brought Toyota cars and this time, it was no exception. Evan Wang worked with us and everything went very smoothly. We had some specific requests regarding our new car and Evan was definitely able to help us! Great dealer, great cars!

  If you want professional and honest car dealer, you go to Queensboro Toyota. I came into Queensboro last week and Christian was the sales rep who helped me with my purchase of a 2017 Toyota Sienna LE. He was great to work with and helped me every step of the way in buying our first minivan. Queensboro Toyota offered me the best price and no hidden charges of any kind. Thanks Queensboro Toyota. You guys are the best!

  I would highly recommend this dealership and specially Victor A. sales agent. He has the knowledge and patience to guide you through the process and explain in detail all the fees and ways to obtain a better price on your new vehicle. I was very hesitant to start the process as i have heard horrible scam stories and tricks that other dealerships use to make you buy the car. Victor gave me the confidence and the feeling that he was working towards my favor. The process went out smoothly and by the end of the day I came out driving my car. I am very satisfied by the confidence and quality of customer services Victor game me.
