  Kendall was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole installation. He took the time to educate and explain to me the difference between my old and new garage openers and pros and cons of both. He also spent some time inspecting my garage door and laying out some recommended treatments to assist in the longevity of my garage door and door opener. I would highly recommend going with Quality Garage Door Services and working with Kendall!

  Let me tell you about my bad experience with “Quality Garage Door Services.” I called this company because my garage door opener was not working correctly. I noticed a broken torsion spring and asked for an estimate to replace it. The lady that answered my call said she that I would have to make an appointment to have a tech diagnose the problem. The tech that showed up looked at my door and unwound my working torsion spring. He gave my an inflated estimate of $450, which I declined. He then invoiced me $115 for a service and labor fee and left me with an unusable garage door. I would not recommend this company, I would recommend you find a company that will provide a “free” estimate and reasonable prices. Or do like I did and save money by replacing your own torsion springs. It is not an easy job, but it is not impossible, with the right tools. Which you can find at your local Ace Hardware.

  Quality provided service with great excellence as their name suggests. They returned my call quickly and was able to work me in same day. Lisa made me feel comfortable choosing Quality with the info and service she provided. When Kendall came to fix the garage spring, he explained everything making sure I understood his recommendations and the price I would pay. He did not pressure me for additional services but gave his professional recs leaving me confident in my choices. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to friends and family. This was Quality service.

  Manny showed up within the window I was quoted. He was friendly, professional and communicative. He finished the work quickly and got my garage door back up and running. I'd definitely use Quality Garage Door Services again in the future.

  Joey Hovanec performed the initial estimate and installation on our 3 roll up doors for our service department and everything on his end was smooth sailing and professional. He was courteous and extremely knowledgable. Would definitely recommend him if you need any commercial garage door services.
