  I ordered a very expensive french door, black aluminum clad on the outside and wood primed on the inside so I could paint it. There was quite a few spots on the outside where you could see their glue clumps around the glass that they didn't clean off but the biggest issue was when I went to paint the inside of the door. I taped off all around the glass and sparingly painted the trim a cream color. Later on went to take off the tape after doing 2 light coats and the paint in some areas bled under the trim they had put on. I contacted them and sent pictures and they said they would send me new stops (he called them) and I said I am not comfortable taking off the trim and installing new trim and they said, "Sorry, They tell me since we did not do the painting, we cannot cover the labor for this.". I said " But you made the door and they didn't put the trim (stops) on correctly and it was primed so they knew I was going to paint it." VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! From the outside it shows up and ruins the look of the very expensive door. Very disappointing they won't back up their poor job of applying the trim or stops as he called them. VERY DISAPPOINTING!. Not only that but they have a rep who lives in my same city, how convenient, but they won't take care of the problem.

  The people who work at Quaker Windows in Freeburg, MO are fantastic! They are very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to and do a great job. I work with Quaker on the transportation of their products throughout the country and they are a great company!
