  Our business sign was damaged due to a storm. Quad City Custom Signs responded very quickly and had our sign fully restored the same day we called. I would highly recommend them for all your signage needs!

  I recently had an experience with Quad City Custom Signs and wanted to share my thoughts. While I understand the importance of supporting local businesses, I must admit that my encounter left me feeling somewhat disappointed.
  
  I initially reached out to Quad City Custom Signs to place an order, and during our conversation, I was quoted a price that included the credit card processing fee. However, upon reviewing the final invoice, I noticed that a new credit card processing fee had been added. Naturally, I contacted them to address the miscommunication and inquire about the discrepancy.
  
  To my disappointment, the company was unwilling to waive the credit card processing fee, despite acknowledging the misunderstanding. I'm not even certain if they understood the miscommunication that they made.
  
  The initial quote said "3% credit processing fee has been included in the estimate provided. If paying via check, the 3% charge will be removed at time of payment." The line item for the credit card fee showed $0. Which means that, with that text, the credit card fee is included in their item pricing and instead you would receive effectively a 3% cash discount if paying by cash or check, similar to almost every other business with a credit card processing fee, because credit card processing fees are not technically permitted by visa and mastercard unless it is included in prices and you instead offer a "cash discount".
  
  This left me feeling a bit frustrated, especially since I had made my purchasing decision based on the initial quote, including the fee. It would have been greatly appreciated if they had taken responsibility for the miscommunication and made an effort to rectify the situation.
  
  Additionally, I found that Quad City Custom Signs' pricing was already higher compared to online options. As a conscious consumer, I always strive to support local businesses, but the combination of the miscommunication and the price difference with online alternatives made it difficult for me to justify the higher cost.
  
  However, I want to highlight that my disappointment stems primarily from the miscommunication and the lack of willingness to accommodate my request. It's important to note that Quad City Custom Signs has a good reputation in the community, and I believe they have the potential to rectify these issues and provide a better customer experience.
  
  I encourage potential customers to communicate their requirements clearly and ensure that all aspects of the pricing are fully understood before finalizing any transactions with Quad City Custom Signs. Hopefully, my experience was an isolated incident, and others will have a smoother interaction with the company.
  
  While I may not have had the best experience, I still believe in supporting local businesses and recognize the value they bring to our communities. I hope that Quad City Custom Signs takes feedback like mine into account and makes the necessary improvements to enhance their customer service and communication.

  We recently had two wall designs installed at our office and we were so pleased with the service we received from start to finish. Everything was done in a timely manner and the finished product exceeded our expectations!
