I ordered a tapestry with a custom design on it and was disappointed to find that my favorite parts of the photo had been cropped out. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. They handled the issue very efficiently. This is the best customer service I have experienced in quite a while! I will definitely buy from them again.

For the 2e times ordered because the first too large was (our error). But again quite perfect. Good communication with the seller, really super helped. The shipping took this time unfortunately called long so he came after the holiday to so they go the Cabinet in for next year. But we have them equally around each one done for the picture. We recommend the seller sure to!

Great experience. It came faster than expected with great quality. The case brought tears to my mom's eyes she loved it so much. I'm glad i went with them instead of somewhere else.

While I am very satisfied with the look of the pillowcase - the quality is outstanding - I feel as though the communication could use a lot of work. I had to send 2 differnt inquiries into my item as the tracking into made little sense and I only received a response after I received my item. I probably would order from here again but would hope for better communication in the future.
