I really love this place and the customer service is awesome--but I really wish they would be more consistent with their hours. If you open at 11am, close for an hour break, and then close early anyway--then why are you late to open? I and others have stood outside waiting past 11 am for them to open. That's the only thing I would say that needs improving. Peace.✌🏾

A breath a fresh air in between 15th and 16th & U - 100% holistic and natural products good for the mind, body, and soul. Cute shop with peaceful vibes and very aesthetically pleasing, with nice and polite people that run Qi. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic as well, always solid conversation in here. I usually go with Kratom, but the CBD teas are fantastic as well.

An amazing, relaxed-environment store with many exotic teas, mushrooms, herbs, and hard-to-find products such as CBD shatter, kratom sourced from small farmers, and kava. The staff are very friendly and super knowledgeable about kratom! I received a very generous gift. Will definitely be going back! 😊

Nice peeps and very welcoming shop. 8-10 months ago the kratom was 100% top shelf. Quality seemed to get worse as time went on and I got stuck with a bad batch of white MD that I opened and couldn’t return (understandable but annoying given the quality I had come to expect). While I’d love to support this local biz, there are too many economical and higher quality options that will deliver to your door via priority mail.
