Great pricing for outside units and climate controlled. When you rent a unit, they also let you use there box truck to move you stuff in.

Friendly courteous staff. A bit pricey, had to pay full month up front, next is reduced, so it's reversed. Truck to use was a good perk. 50 miles free, then .50 a mile and 20.00 insurance. You pay for gas you use.

This is the place competence and customer service go to die. Ridiculous hours of operation (they just randomly shut down in the middle of each day), a staff that doesn't know what they're doing or communicate with one another and the lady I dealt with most recently literally gave the unit she had on hold for me to another customer, while I was standing right in front of her. I sat for over 2 hours waiting to rent a unit and everything still wasn't done when I left.

Bottom line: stay away. Even if it costs you a little more money, it will be worth it to deal with someone who actually knows what they're doing.

The woman in the office is a nightmare. She has messed up on paperwork and blamed us for not paying the right amount and even tried to charge us late fees for it. Every time my family or I go into the office she belittles us and acts as if we are wasting her time. She must be a relative of the owner because I do not see how she still has a job.
