I hired Jeff's to clean a couch that I purchased from a thrift store. I was unable to be there for the cleaning, but when I arrived home the couch was still damp (so the cleaner had definitely been there recently) and the couch looked and smelled very clean. I left all of the cushions and pillows out to air dry over night and now I have a dry and very clean couch! The floor did have some small puddles of water around the base of the couch where the run off collected (I believe this is pretty much unavoidable) but that was easily soaked up with a towel. Overall, I absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking to have their couch professionally cleaned. I moved here from a city and was a little leary of leaving a key and allowing strangers to come in with out me there, but Jeff's has shown to be very trust worthy and professional.

BJ was great and he did a great job cleaning our carpets. You could see the difference from a competitor who did outs carpets in the summertime. This a great carpet clean company. Try them and see the difference for yourself.

I was so impressed with the job Miles did today. He was professional and efficient and completed the job exactly when he said he would. The carpet cleaning was fabulous but I was actually super impressed with the tile and grout cleaning service I had done. My kitchen has never looked better! Thanks Miles for the amazing job you did! I'll definitely use you all again!

Pure Clean/Jeff's Quality Cleaners have been wonderful from day one. Their technicians are professional, kind and attentive and their scheduling staff are friendly over the phone. They've been patient with us as we figure out the ropes of managing an apartment complex, even when it's been inconvenient on their end. They go out of their way to provide superior customer service. They're our go to guys!

Very friendly, professional, and quick. Arrived early and got the carpet cleaned and all the stains out, carpet looks brand new. Did an amazing job!!! Highly recommended!!

PureClean staff were friendly and helpful. the communication via phone and email was just enough to be helpful but not overbearing. If looking to get hard water spots off basement windows, their system is not for you. My carpets dried mch faster then prior experiences. Rooms and windows in an hour and a half start to finish.

Though my couches look much better, getting them done was a bit of an ordeal. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, but the first day, the equipment wouldn't work properly. I imagine that's why the technician forgot to do both sides of all my cushions. They said they would come back the next day, changed the time two times and the.n rescheduled again for the NEXT day. He did come the next day and redid the cushions. The technician seemed very nervous and not particularly knowledgeable (wasn't able to answer all my questions) . I'd also scheduled them to clean a tile shower but found out upon arrival that they could only do tile floors--which was not explained when I made the appointment. So, although my couches do look better, and though the folks were friendly enough, I wasn't very happy with the service, unfortunately.

They punctual, hard-working staff cleaned my carpets to perfection in less time than I thought would take. Jeff and his team are always, professional, efficient and conscientious enough to even wear shoe covers into the home. I'll use PureClean from now on!

PureClean LLC is an amazing service providing company. The work they do is truly quality work. I had my living room and basement shampooed and used the pet odor control service as well. We just got another jack russel and she has made some spots in our home her potty. The rooms smelt everytime we walked in and we hated it. Thank god for pureclean because there is no odor and my carpets look brand new. I'm not embarrassed to have people over. I have signed up for the clean freaks program as well because they offer a 75% off feature for only $29 a month. Its well worth it because they truly are amazing. I will recommend them to everyone for the rest of my days!!!!!!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful, especially since I couldn't figure out how to write a google review to receive my discount. The technician was fast. I appreciated him listening to my concerns of where my high traffic areas are and taking extra time to double clean them. Thank you Pureclean!
