Jocelyn was extremely helpful and did several follow-ups to make sure installation was preceding as scheduled. Kudos to Dennis Romo and his crew; they did a fantastic job. Dennis kept in contact via text for any changes that were done. We would highly recommend Dennis and his crew.

From the first phone call with Jocelin to the pick up of our grass from Derrick, everything was a smooth, quick process. The hardest part was deciding which grass to choose. Initially Jocelin sent us home with 3 samples, after considering the area we were covering we decided we needed something less wide. Called again and Derrick said to come by and he could show us other options. We went in and decided which grass we wanted. We came back a few hours later with a truck, they loaded the grass plus infill, nails, etc. and we were on our way. Everything was in stock and we saved a lot of money with a good quality product. Not only do we love it but so does our dog Fat-Fat.

This was easy. I went into the showroom in the middle of the week. I selected a few samples to take home with me. They had a contractor contact me to set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate to install my new lawn. He came out that Saturday to give me the estimate. They came over on Monday to install the lawn. It was done by the end of Monday. And it looks great. All in less than a week.

I worked with Derrick and was very pleased! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He sent me home with some samples to help me decide which would be the best choice for myself. Their showroom is very clean and welcoming. After I decided which grass would be best, the transaction was very quick and easy. Derrick also helped me load my grass onto my truck. Definitely recommending to all friends and family.
