As a surprise for my husband (deployed and coming home soon) I took our 2013 Ford F-150 in to have them install a leveling kit and put 35" Nitto Grappler tires on. The parts came in late Friday morning so I wasn't able to get there till after my scheduled time. I still had it back the same day, because everyone knew I had a tight schedule to stick to. I called several times to make sure I was ordering the right parts from American Muscle and with general questions. The team was very patient with me and helped me to understand! I will NEVER take our truck anywhere else! They are wonderful! The truck looks awesome! Very good pricing! Rob and his team are the best!

The absolute BEST Off road establishment around. The service is EXCELLENT, their team is professional, efficient and FAST. They got my truck lifted, installed a new set of Toyos and Fuel rims in less then a day. They called immediately upon completion and even let me pick the truck up the following day when I couldn't get back to pick her up that night. They offered to tighten the lug nuts after 100 miles for no extra charge and might I add that I called literally 20 mins before showing up and was able to drive into the parking lot and have it completed and out the door again, took no more then 10 mins. AMAZING PLACE. I can't say enough and can't thank them enough LOVE my "new" truck! THANKS PUNGO!!!!!

2016 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 Hemi. Great Service Rob and his crew went above and beyond to get my truck out same day. Had Airbags and a wireless compressor installed. Thank you!!

Had them install my UCA's and diff drop kit. It took them 2 days to do it but it got done. I went to put new tires on my truck and found that they cross threaded about half of my lug nuts and ruined 3 wheel studs and 4 lug nuts. Called them and asked if they would fix it for me. They said there was no way that was possible (saying they didn't do it). Told me to bring it in after another week and they'd "look to see if they could do it." Terrible customer service.

First off, Hats off to Rob (Owner) and his Pungo crew for putting my bumper on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. A jigsaw puzzle it was to say the least with at least 60 nuts and bolts he managed to throw it together and even stuck to the quoted price. Great guy for doing that, much appreciated. My Taco looks great and not even a scratch on the finish of my bumper. Good service, great price. Come to Pungo Off Road for any 4x4 or off road service.

They put a 4 inch lift in my jeep, and mounted a high lift jack. When they got it apart, they found some problems and fixed them without charging me. The turn around was super quick. One day for parts I ordered to show up. One day to install. And they were significantly less expensive than other area shops. I was very pleased, and will do business with them again.
