PunaPoise sells goods on Facebook to customers in Fiji and the South Pacific. Our Products are all from Continental US ranging from Clothes, Shoes, Accessories, Home ware and Gadgets.

HOW IT WORKS

Albums of items will be posted up on PunaPoise with details of each product. Customers are to type ‘SOLD’ under their item of choice and mail us on Facebook. When customers are ready to check out, they have to mail us on Facebook at the same time confirming their order.

Once we receive your Order, customers will be given a period of 3 days starting from the Order date to clear payments. If payments are not cleared in 3 days, your order will be immediately discard.

We offer 3 methods of payments, a direct deposit into our ANZ bank account, Vodafone M-Paisa and PayPal.

For direct deposit, customers are reminded please to always write your name on the deposit slip for your convenience. Payments through direct deposit usually clear by the end of the business day (Mon – Fri). If payments are made during weekends, it will be cleared in the following business day.

For M-Paisa, once we receive the SMS message for customer’s payments your order will be prepared for shipment instantly. The same goes for PayPal depending on the customer’s choice of shipment.

Shipping Cost will be shown in each Album. We provide 3 shipping options for our customers. Standard Shipping: 6 – 10 business days, Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days and Global Express Guaranteed: 1 – 3 business days.

Once your package is shipped, you may receive a confirmation email together with the tracking number and the shipping company website link for you to monitor your package delivery.

Please note that our agent is mainly to answer your questions and assist you with PunaPoise related matters. They will not order on a customer’s behalf, accept cash payments for orders nor deliver customers’ orders.

PunaPoise will not be responsible for any cash payments made to agents aside from the 3 methods of payments mention above.
We will however be online 24/7 for any questions and help you may need.

Please Note: We do not deal with cash; our agent will not accept any cash payments for any order. All payments are done online, phone payments and direct deposits.

SHIPPING

PunaPoise ships Worldwide. Customers need to fill in the Order Form and provide accurate mailing information for shipping package. PunaPoise ships your package directly to the given address on the customer’s Order Form. Shipping cost will be displayed on each Album.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day once payments are cleared. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

We ship all orders with the United States Postal Services (USPS). If customers preferred other shipping companies like FedEx, DHL etc orders will be charged based on their rates.

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items must be returned in original condition and with tags attached to ensure refund. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 7 days of receiving the returned order.
Shipping fees for Item is non – refundable. We will only refund the cost of the item, shipping fees excluded.

Customers paying with M – Paisa and direct deposit will be refunded the same way, unless the customer does not have a bank account and deposit cash directly into our account will be refunded through M – Paisa.
We have the right to withhold the refund for returned goods if the condition of the item is not as shipped.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFY ORDERS

Once customers have submitted their Orders Forms they cannot modify their orders, however customer may cancel the whole order and resubmit a new one and the 3 days given to clear payments will resume from the date on the new submitted Order Form.

Once payments are cleared for an order, customers cannot cancel the order. A full refund will be issued once order is returned and is in desirable condition as shipped, minus the shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for return shipping expenses.

While we will be online 24/7, an agent in Suva is there to assist all customers’ enquiries.
