I have ordered products from this company recently, it has been over a month since I placed the order & I am yet to receive my shipment. Customer service is NOT one of their priorities. Everyone I came into contact with was rude & disrespectful including management. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

One of the worst online purchase experiences I have had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pump gasket, $8/$12 shipping. A FED/EX envelope arrived completely undamaged, I opened the envelope and there was a piece of cardboard inside without a gasket. Clearly they never put the gasket in. They refused to refund my $20. They stated "their computer said it was sent," and not their problem. I am a surgeon just trying to fix a well pump. I am not trying to cheat them out of their $8. I talked to 2 employees on the phone that basically said, too bad and that I was lying. I spent way more time typing this review than my small financial lost! I wish I had read the other bad reviews and exercised more vigilance in trusting this operation. I guess this might be the way they do business in New Jersey!
Also their new pump price was $200 more than the exact same pump/brand in my local hardware store!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience with a pump purchase at this location in Westwood New Jersey. I confirmed model and the electrical requirements for the pump I purchased but was sold a different one. Unfortunately they would not take the unit back and I was forced to use model that I did not intend to request to purchase . The worst part of it is and even though I confirmed all the details of this purchase with the salesperson is the manager apparently, he said that I must have been confused and that's not what I asked for on the call when I ordered it. Not only am I a professional engineer and designer of septics that I do not confuse engineering details. What annoyed me more than anything was the status refusal to admit they made a mistake. They sold me a control panel for the pump I wanted but told me a different pump. Check your paperwork if you buy anything from this place.

Avoid these people like the plague. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Unit arrived November 1 with planned install next week. Family plumber unfortunately came down with Covid. When he was able to come install, we opened the unit only to realize it wouldn't work for my application. We re-packaged. Unit was BRAND NEW, UNUSED condition and repackaged. Called to return the unit on day 34 and they refused. Said it was outside the 30 day window. Explained the Covid situation. No remorse. Refused return for refund. Offered to instead return for a credit at their site to be used later. They refused. No remorse. Emailed them several times. No response. So now I have a $500 pump that is no use to me. Good luck staying in business with a heart of coal!

We operate a small waste water treatment plant, and buy our motors/pumps from Pump Products. We've been very happy with the prices and the service. But recently they went above and beyond our expectations.

We were informed by the manufacturer of a pump that the pump was 6 months out of warranty and would not be covered. We protested that we had just purchased the pump 2 months ago and had no idea that the warranty was based from date of manufacture, not date of purchase.

Pump Products took up the fight, talking to the maker of the pump, and pleading our case. To no avail. Finally Pump Products said they would stand behind the warranty even if the company would not. The pump was shipped out that day and we were back in business by the end of the week. Later we received an email that the maker had reversed their decision and would honor the warranty after all. A happy ending all the way around.

This is a perfect example why Pump Products gets all our business.
