  very fast and friendly service. But what impressed me the most was that 6 days after our visit, they called us to see how we were doing. In my adult life , i think that was the first time a doctors office ever did that

  Always great to me, in and out, friendly staff and of course I am happy with the Drs. Been about 6 tms never a problem. Mahopac office

  I was truly disappointed in the quality of care at the Mahopac location. Intake nurse Chris was great, but the Nurse Practitioner left a lot to be desired. There was no MD on site - "only on call"
  Better off waiting for your regular MD

  My daughter had an ear infection and I went to my regular doctor and they said she had a mild infection and put her on regular painkillers. Week later it still hurt so we took her to urgent care. turned out it was a MAJOR infection. They got us the right ANTIBIOTICS and my child felt better in a few days. Nice staff as well. 10/10

  Went there twice. First time, they told me I had a sinus infection and prescribed a Z Pac. Didn't work. Went back two week later, feeling worse, and the NP told me that Zpacs don't work for Sinus infections. She prescribed a 10 day course of a stronger antibiotic (Augmentin). Didn't work. Finally went to my own doctor, who said I didn't have a sinus infection and it was allergies. Needless to say, I won't be going back there, no matter how much less it costs.
