  The young lady in the Deli department filling in today went above and beyond helping us with all of our questions about lunch meats without nitrates, casein free items etc. She worked with us at least 10 - 15 minutes. We were completely blown away with the knowledge and service this young lady provided! Definitely would not have gotten that service at other stores we feel. Her boss even bought her lunch today for doing such a great job. Unfortunately the poor young lady was voted in by her crew for the "Pie in the Face" fundraiser.

  Great selection of wine and produce. The friendliest and most helpful staff that you'll find anywhere. Prices are a little high, but you pay for what you get.

  Such a bad day for me not giving me what I want it
  They have big ads but does not follow it
  I did shop lot but somehow got stop by manager who is not knowledgeable about Store ads and also not giving suppose to give.
  May be need someone who can read understand and lister customer

  This publix is the best in the whole world! Such nice people who work there and they always stop up and have great prices! I would recommend going there!

  Tried to get prescription for sick relative. It had 5 refills left. Publix pharmacy tells me that they can't do anything with it because it's over a few months old Yeah, because it was for a lot of refills. The doctor legally can't prescribe more because refills are left. Publix and your employees, you are heartless. 💔

  I am so upset with this a Publix location. I pre-ordered my mom a cake and spent the time to going through the cake order to show the Publix associate the cake design. I also showed the Publix associate a picture of how I wanted the cake designed (the picture was of a cake I had previously purchased from this same location). The Publix associate promised she would make sure the cake designer did the cake just like I requested. I show up to pick up the cake 3 day later (on my mother's Birthday), and this cake looks NOTHING like I requested. They did not have my purchase slip on the cake and they could not tell if it even had the filling I requested. The cake loooked like the ugly generic cake from the refrigerator!!
  
  This Publix location ruined my mother's birthday cake, and all they could do was offer to give it to me half off. I just walked out the store, what a complete joke that the manager even offered me half-off, considered this mistake was 100% their fault. So dissapointed with this Publix location!!

  I don't shop anywhere else. If you love BOGO and Publix coupons you can't get that at any other store and save money. And I love the app and shopping list so I get my shopping list on my phone so when I get to Publix it even tells me what Ile it's on Thanks for coming to Madison, Alabama

  Shopping at Publix is always a great experience because the team of people that work there are always so nice and warm to everyone who walks through the door! They have the best cakes around! I get all of my Birthday Cakes from Publix.

  The bakery did an awesome job on a very small order. Christine went above and way beyond to make it work for us. Plus the deli manager was very accommodating, helping us do what was needed

  The staff always make you feel welcomed . The fresh bread is very good. Also I like the recipes and the fact that all the ingredients are put together so that you don't have to hunt all over the store to find them.
