  Great selection, clean, and produce is always fresh, their flowers are always so pretty, and we use their bakery for their b-day cakes.

  I lost my keys 4th of July day and hands down west 9 mile location store managers are Top Notch!!! Not only were they helpful for looking in the store two separate managers walked me to my car and helped me look there. Low and behold my keys were at home long story but just wanted to give a shout out to Managers at Publix on west 9 mile yall Rock !!!!

  I’ve been to just about every Publix along the panhandle and Never have I ever had to wait literally an hour for a Publix to make my sub with only 4 people in front us. The workers casually taking their own time with absolutely no urgency at all. This place is a ****show. Not to mention the dude making me and my pregnant wife’s sub had SNOT yes SNOT running out of his nose the whole time while not wearing a mask and consistently sniffling. The worst experience I’ve had a Publix yet and will never again go to this one to get subs.

  Normally it’s a great experience, I waited about 5- 10 minutes in the deli department to ask if they were open, because clearly there was about 3 people doing the same thing. The young lady replied, yes, we're short staff “. The main thing is they didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had been standing there. Courtesy and kindness is always free.

  We frequent this store when we want to play the lottery. While we there we’ll pick something up for dinner. This store is always clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the prices reasonable. We’ll be back.

  Absolutely to high priced. Grapefruit $1.89 per grapefruit. K cup coffee double the price at walmart and the commissary! Will not go back there again. They advertised the yogurt 10/$10. Yeah ok. I was charged $1.20 a piece..price gauldhing!

  I've always know Publix to be a customer oriented organization but this establishment has proven to be an exception to those values. I will not visit again!

  My family and I have been coming to this store for a while, and lately certain problems have been getting increasingly worse: slow, late stocking, false advertising, and rude employees and even a rude manager. My mother (who has anxiety, by the way) came to this store at 10:30 in the morning and couldnt even buy anything, as most everything was either not in stock yet or being stocked. When she tried asking for help she was immediately told that "no one else has this problem" and was consistently talked down upon. When there was a problem with her card, the cashier was unhelpful and rude; finally he got the manager, but she didn't even know what was going on and was painfully rude too (turns out my mom entered her card number incorrectly, which I can understand considering she was shaking from trying not to cry and breakdown in front of two extremely unempathetic people just talking down on her and practically commanding her to try things that weren't even working). This entire incident was very bad for my mother's mental health; you people need to hire employees who can actually talk to people and help them. These types of incidents are painfully common lately. Hope this store goes out of business, which it probably is, considering the skyrocketing prices lately.

  I give this place five stars not for deals or crazy good prices, but for excellent customer service and the mile they stretch in an attempt to help the customer. If your looking for cheap you won't find it here but you will find clean, neat, and high quality items.

  It was awesome as usual. The meat dept person was beyond helpful & showed me the manager special for the day. I love going to Publix for the fresh bread, produce, meats. ... and the amazing customer service from all the staff.

  Online ordering more miss than hit. Last 4 times ordering on line for later pick up and my items had not even been started yet even with well over an hour's notice. So I stood there as they helped every customer who just walked up and grabbed a number. Gave these folks service while my order still no where near complete. Watched them make and put out salads in the refrigerator case and yet no one seemed concerned about having my order ready at the designated pick up time.

  Chicken was always fresh service was fantasic and quick (Ive waited up to 30 minutes for deli people in other publixs) polite and friendly I'll use this store everytime Im in the area

  Public has a well rounded grocery and a fair Deli; if you ever have the chance to go to Public in Melbourne or Vero Beach, check out their Deli. You will immediately see what you are missing here.

  A nice little supermarket, granted its the first Publix I've ever been to but I find it very clean, reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly. Today I went shopping there and every single member of the staff that I walked by said hello. The bakery goods look fresh and very yummy. I will definitely be making this my primary store to get food and groceries
