i don’t have the time to list what went wrong or else I’d be here longer than the 15+ minutes it took me to get service at the Deli, didn’t even get service i walked out and got something else at my dismay. I did not want to spend money here but had no choice. Questioning whether I’ll even shop at my neighborhood publix. This place stinks and my impression was that customers are not the priority. P.s. it’s Publix, why does it seem this location is understaffed?

Publix is a great grocery store . It's always clean, reasonable prices, lots of food choices and you never have to wait very long when checking out.
This time they were out of Saga Blue Cheese, my favorite.

The deli staff acts like you're a burden, Terrible service needs lots of work. The rest of the store is great.

Lady at deli named Dixie or Dawn made a big deal about putting extra olives in my sandwich. In my history of shopping at many publix' store I have never gotten that. She also had a very lazy look on her face.

Online orders for subs are consistently 30+ minutes late. I stand in line and watch people walk up and get their subs before my order is even started. It's not the employees fault, they work hard, and quick, but the deli is consistently understaffed, management needs to rethink their scheduling.

This staff doesn't seem to have ever even shopped a Publix, let alone be trained by one. 2x they have told my 2 year old they were out of cookies, they have not honored the Publix promise and they are constantly running out of items. Shopping here is NOT a pleasure

Such rude customer service. Im standing there with a wrapped up wrist and the one bagger goes to another line to just stand there. Lady checking out my stuff didnt give a hello, thanks for coming, nothing. Just immediate attitude and left my reciept on the counter without a word.
