I called this pharmacy 4 times today and was hung up on 3 times. After calling the CS back at Publix I asked for a manager and was transferred to the pharmacist manager. While speaking with her I advised her I was hung on three times before calling back to ask for a manager and her response was and I quote "that's cause we super busy". I was and still am in shock. I get that it was busy, since I waited through 6 people to get my Rx filled but you dont just hang yo on people, you answer the caller and put them on hold. This pharmacy manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. I highly recommend finding another pharmacy.
