  Angela and John are superb representatives for Public Storage. Their professionalism, customer service focus and old fashioned civility were so much appreciated. I had rented a unit in shrewsbury that was too small for all the stuff and she and John, the manager at Shrewsbury, were able to find a workable space at the Eatontown location. I'm a fan of Public Storage!

  Brought my grandfather in to get a storage unit. He has early stages of dementia and can be really difficult to deal with. I can't even begin to describe how fantastic Angela was with dealing with us. She was so informative and helpful in every way. Her patience is incredible. I'm recommending this facility to everyone else at his nursing home. Thank you for everything!

  Angela is very pleasant and helpful. I had trouble putting my lock on the unit and she came right out and had no trouble assisting. If your looking for a storage unit Public Storage is a no trainer!

  Angela is awesome! Not only did she get me the space I wanted, she called me when it was available and reserved it for me! The unit also had a Special Promotion running for the 1st month! Outstanding customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unit! A++
