  This location has a history of break-ins. I have had two different rental units broken into in July 2015 and July 2017. I see another comment on this site about a customer that had a break-in on 2016. Security is inadequate and apparently is located in a vulnerable area. As soon as I can move what few things I have left from my storage unit I am not coming back. They raise their fees freely without providing any value in return.

  This review is long overdue for Pat who works at the Public Storage on Montreal. She is always extremely kind and patient when working with me. I live out of town but use my unit for work and it has been a great experience thus far. After searching for 2 days for a unit I'm happy I found this one. Thanks so much to Pat and the entire team at Public Storage for their excellent customer service!

  Being in management myself I must say I seldom so reviews but I'd be remiss if I did not speak on the above and beyond hospitality my family received. Edget was always pleasant and understanding and above all extremely professional. If ever I am need of storage I will definitely use again and have no problem with referring others. Thumbs up!!!

  The lights outside the units are not working properly and there's water that just sits in one area. Can you please fix?

  I recently visited this storage location. The prices are competitive and location is convenient. Edget is a delight. She was professional and curtious and made me aware of all the products Public Storage offers. For example, mattress protectors, boxes, and tape.

  I would not recommend! My storage unit got broken into July 2016. I didn't receive a call, plus they charged me a fee when I needed to throw things away. This area is not safe and has horrible convenience for customers. If you want your personal items safe, check out a different area.

  I visited this facility upon getting an immediate call from Pat after making a reservation for a highly coveted unit. She was able to meet with me within the hour and brought me not only to that unit, but also to some other units that she thought would better suit my storage needs. Upon viewing these other units, it was determined she was correct about what I actually needed versus the original unit I was attempting to book. Thank you, Pat!
