  There is so much positive that I could say about my experience with this place...where do I begin? I have to admit that I was nervous about trusting my belongings in a place other than my own home. I dealt with a woman named Donna, who ensured me that everything would be safe and sound within your walls. I work in customer service as well, and understand proper customer care. Donna showed just that. Customer CARE!!@ SHE TRULY TOOK CARE!. I will be recommending this place of business to everybody in the future, as my dealings were nothing short of amazing. Thank you.!!!

  Move in was very easy and fast. The unit I originally selected online was going to be a little too small once I saw it but Sondra was able to help us switch to a larger one without any difficulty and still let us use the $1 first month. Very satisfied!

  I currently have a unit here, and unfortunately it hasn't been a great experience. Was informed today that I was charged $16 more than my agreed upon monthly rate (nearly 10% increase) after only having the unit for 4 months. I received no notice, and was not provided any other reasoning other than it was simply a rate increase. I'd actually understand if there was a smaller rate increase due to demand, but this was excessive and uncalled for. It's almost like they try to increase the rate at an amount that isn't quite enough to force people to go to the trouble of packing up all their stuff and moving to a competitor's storage unit. The unit itself and the security is satisfactory otherwise.

  Sondra did a great job helping us today. She transferred my reservation over from another storage place, showed us the unit and made sure it fit our needs! She has great customer service skills. Very personable. Will recommend this place to others!

  From my first moment i called i i have had incredible service from the 800 number to our new friend Sondra, she is very knowledgeable, she showed us the different units, and helpped us choose the correct size. Sondra made this whole process quit easy. And stress free. I really enjoyed her. I would definitely tell my friends to use this storage unit. Don't loose this worker. Sondra is FABULOUS!!!
