We would like to thank John for his excellent service, advice and guidance while repairing our spa. We live in Australia and had no success with Australian technicians in repairing our 20 year old jacuzzi. The prompt delivery of parts helped to ease our frustration. John's prompt, concise email replies and patience with us enabled us to repair the spa ourselves. We highly recommend John for his friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
Absolutely the worst customer service in recent memory. Wrong spa filters shipped with identical identifying numbers. Took 18 emails before they would give me a link to return instructions said it was my fault for "ordering the wrong filters." Take a look at the pictures. The model numbers are IDENTICAL but their filters don't fit. But if they're returned unwrapped, they won't accept the return. How do you find out a filter doesn't fit without unwrapping it? We're having a filter burning party tonight. If you buy from them, expect to crash and burn if anything goes wrong.
John Boyle was the best! He always got in touch with me and guided me through a complete control panel retrofit as well as redesigning the spa piping. I couldn’t have done it without him! Thanks John!
John B from Technical support at PSS has assisted me with several repairs to our 10 year old Jacuzzi hot tub. This year our tub has started to show its age and I needed assistance with the temperature sensor, then two out of my three pumps and then suggestion on how to fix my Blue ray Bulb. Now I need to replace the flow switch. PSS technical support have replied to my emails with a quick response and by asking for pictures to ensure I get the correct parts the first time. John has also followed up with a phone call to ensure I get our Hot Tub back up and running. The correct parts are shipped quickly. I highly recommend using PSS for all your hot tub needs.
Impressed and grateful am I after ordering a replacement pump "wet-end", from PSS - Pool Spa Supplies' "John B" and technical rep, Ken [for our old (20+ years) Balboa hot tub]. Ken identified my needed part with its $49 price-tag, far less than the ~$160 I was charged for the same-P/N pump days earlier which arrived defective with impeller barely able to be rotated. Ken instructed me to place the order via their webpage form and submit a request for same-day shipment (despite my Friday afternoon order-time), which I submitted with UPS-Ground chosen for the delivery. I received their follow-up email, noting that the shipment means had been changed to FEDEX 2-DAY EXPRESS at no added charge! Responding to that email, I wrote the following:
Thank YOU for not only prompt shipment, but the conversion to 2-day FEDEX Express!
You people are wonderful.

PSS didn't have to change that. They changed that spontaneously knowing that I was eager to receive it quickly, asking them to move my order to the top of their shipment list. They significantly reduced their profit margin in making that kind gesture.
My email reply thanking them was, itself, given a very kind reply from their John B, convincing me of the trustworthiness of the company. I am pleased to create this endorsement of PSS (although hurriedly and clumsily) to give the company and at least two of its people, well-deserved recognition for making this customer a satisfied customer now, henceforth, dedicated to making PSS my first consultation on all future matters related to hot tub supplies and replacement parts.
