Great convenient location right off the freeway, so it is much easier to get to, and get in and out of, than others local malls. Struggling a bit with loss of tenants, but the remaining stores seem stable. And there is some redevelopment going on around the mall providing a sense of hope. As south Utah County grows this mall should benefit and maybe someday thrive again.

Place is a little run down but I'm excited for the updates that are coming soon. Still a fun place to hangout. There are a bunch of new kiosks with delicious food.

Very clean location. Well maintained, and family friendly.

At Christmas time, they have a Santa you can go talk to. Year round, there are small child rides and motorized animal 'cars' you can pay to have your kids use.

There is a store for just about everyone: Clothing for all ages, multiple video game stores like Mario's and Gamestop, board/card game shops, movie theater, food court, entertainment stores, laser tag, and VR experiences. It has quite a bit of diversity for venues.

Two stories tall, escalators are placed throughout the center for ease of access. I am sure there are elevators, too. I just haven't seen or used one.

Ample parking. Several parking lots service all sides of the building. The only time you will have a hard time finding parking is if you are running late to a popular movie or on weekends. Don't expect to find a close parking spot to the theater entrance.

We love the Provo Towne Centre! It's food court is great and we love seeing movies there. It's nice to walk around and see all the stores. I like the openness of the mall. Sometimes (usually during the holidays or other events) they have fun entertainment there by the food court. At Christmas they have Santa. They do a really good job of creating a fun atmosphere in the mall!

Provo Town Center is a relaxing mall and location that gives quality a good reputation. I have come here with my loved ones and had a meal, purchased specific items for various projects, watched a movie, and purchased food at the Osaka Japan restaurant within the food court. Seems like whenever we are here there isn't a huge crowd but just enough people to help one enjoy being in a public place. I usually come at various times during the day. If you would like to go for a walk with your significant other, this is a safe place to take them or your family. I would recommend this location for groups, families, couples, and individuals.

Not hard to tell this mall is starting to decline a bit, the inside is extremely 90's, there is a row of empty store spaces near Dillard's, and Sears closed back in September 2017, it wasn't even on the list of closures the company put out.

That being said I came here for some shoes awhile back and had great service. The theater is great too I've seen two movies there frankly I'm surprised they don't have the Recliner seats yet. The WIFI is great and speedy and I'll be watching for when they start mall wide renovations advertised on the former Sears building.

Mall feels like a future dead mall. Needs someone to breathe some new life into it. Get some new stores, reputable stuff. Maybe get rid of the motorized animals if parents are going to let their kids go crazy and run into other people. Try Red Robin if you want a decent burger.

Very nice layout, with a variety of options for stores. Two levels, being able to see between the two, and a large food court with some greenery. A great place to just have a meal if you're not interested in shopping.

Has a good mix of stores and places to eat. There is a nice cinema with 12 screens. The mall is well lit and had large open halls. The range of stores has something for all ages and most needs. It is a pleasant place to stroll or just window shop.

Not long ago, I would have rated this place a bit lower. It has been kind of a run-down mall for a long time, and has been losing more and more business over the years. One of the perks, though, is that Towne Centre is starting to update some of their stores, and make itself a more relevant place to go for more people. Still a bit outdated, but they've got a better food court now, some nice new stores, and they're really picking themselves back up. The only thing they need now is a new sign outside in the front and sides of the mall. So outdated, hard to see, and tacky!

The Towne Centre Mall is my favorite mall because of just two of their stores. Mario's used games and the used book store on the top most level. The Mall is usually pretty clean as well. Unfortunately the Mall is having the same problems that a lot of malls are going through. Their stores are moving out and closing down. As things are now they don't have quite the selection of University Mall, but they do still have some key good stores. As long as the Theater stays, and my favorite 2 stores I will continue to come here over any other mall.

Great selection of stores. Movies & Videos to clothing & shoes. A good variety of food in the food court to choose from. And restaurants also. Movie theater with great seats that are comfy and goodies to snack on while watching the movies. Good customer service.

This used to be my favorite mall but I feel like the retail 'disease' of dying stores is taking a toll on this mall more than others (and Orem's University Mall, but they are in the process of reinventing themselves by adding housing and office space). This mall mostly has clothing and accessory stores, not as much function stores like an Apple store, furniture stores or the like, if that makes sense. Most the time I go in here now it seems pretty dead. On the plus side, it's still a pretty mall, clean, and has a nice movie theater.

Multiple play areas for kids, some free some not. Great food choices in the food court and some on the first floor like Red Robbin! Indoor theater entrance (no waiting in the cold). Good selection of clothes, activities for dates and groups of friends, and even some board game/video game stores. Well rounded shopping center. I think it may only have one elevator though on the end by the theater.
