If you are looking for a mall in Providence Rhode Island or even southern Massachusetts to do some shopping this is the place to go. There are more stores and activities to do at this mall then any mall in the area. Everything from clothing, jewelry, the IMAX movie theater, a really good dining area which will give you a large variety to choose from. All of the floors are carpeted so it's low impact on your joints so you will find plenty of mall walker's there. They also provide parking garages with security as well as security throughout the mall. Just an all in all great atmosphere located right in the heart of Providence Rhode Island.

Impressive mall. It's always modern and up-to-date; it's constantly adding new stores. There's no way you can go in and not spend money, with all the stores and even an IMAX theater AND a Dave and Buster's. It's always clean. There is a meal for everyone at the food court, which is always kept clean. In EVERY PLACE there are kind staff and all are helpful. Very nice place, keep up the good work guys!

Huge mall with so many popular stores! Even includes entertainment (cinema, arcade). The food court could use some more options but there are also tons of restaurants. Parking is free first two hours which is nice but even if you’re there a while it’s only $2 for up to 5 hours. Many upgrades and remodels of stores. There’s just no way you can go in and NOT shop. Great mall!

It's refreshing to find a nice and large and comprehensive shopping center in a city center. It is adjacent to many other things, including the convention center and several good hotels. It includes huge parking and you can safely walk around the surrounding area. Very nice.

Has a very decent amount of stores inside the mall. Nice exterior and interior with lots of people constantly in the mall. The mall is always upgrading and is staying relevant and modern with everything inside all of the stores and mall. It is always clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. The food court is very nice on the inside and the mall also has an IMAX theater and a Dave and Busters. The stores the mall has are very nice and there is a wide assortment of them.

Great mall, not so great parking.

First, the parking. Confusing, but manageable. As a tourist, keep in mind I live in Orlando so confusing is what I'm used to, I found the parking situation confusing. I initially had no idea what or how to get where I was trying to go in the parking garage. After coming in and out a few times, it did get less confusing. Positive things were the quick access to get indoors.

The mall itself is well laid out. The directories were very straightforward, but the map confusing as heck. Again, coming from Disney, Universal, Florida Mall, Millenia, I know how to navigate a map.

The mall was beautiful, clean, organized, and overall a very positive impression. Many indoor mall concepts are suffering, but not this one.

Pretty good shopping mall, especially now that you don't have to pay to park if you are only there for a couple hours. I like the renovations that have taken place here over time. Apple store is now huge in it's new location. It also has access to the city streets in Providence which is convenient for anyone who doesn't like to try to find parking in the city (we all know how much of a pain that can be.)

Pros. It has decent stores, a pretty good food court, a cinema, parking is free for several hours, Dave & Busters and nice restaurants.

Cons. The layout is a pain with the escalators at the ends of the mall designed to make you walk by every store to ascend the upper levels. The parking garage is a NIGHTMARE getting out of and I always feel like I'm going to get mugged there.

Best time to go is mon-wen early Thursday if your going on a Saturday always make sure there isn't a water fire going on it adds like hour to any traffic near the mall. As far as shopping selection great for woman poor for men If compare the two to each other food court doesn't really have that much to choose from so it always feels like you kinda just settle for what's there. Not really the best shopping environment but a good shopper can still get things done

Great place to get a massage. You don't need an appointment, they stay open late if you arrive before they close and they tend to give you a few minutes extra to finish whatever they're working on at the end. The IMAX theater is great for the current blockbuster and they often have some misc other movies going on as well. The food court has a great selection of fast food and Dave and Buster's or the cheesecake factory are open late for a sit down dinner.

Relative to other malls, this place is great. Lively, full of stores, and clean despite the foot traffic. Also, the theater has some cool special screenings on occasion if you keep an eye out!

Large shopping mall with basically all what you need.
Restaurant offer Is by the way very limited
Structure is nice and clean and offer a large parking area.
It's take few minutes to reach it from the interstate.

Great place. Parking is only $2.00 if less than 5 hours. Convenient Apple Store near where I live. Free monthly Godiva chocolate if you have the rewards card.

Malls in the US are all the same. Some are huge and some are small. Providence place mall in providence is big but not huge and it might be one stop for you to spend a day with you family or friends in shopping, lunch and movie. They also have IMAX and Dave & busters. Pretty good place to hangout with friends. They have quite a lot of outlets to do shopping too. The only downside I see is they do not have free parking. But they are not expensive too.

Nice mall. Pretty much has everything like all the retailers there. Huge parking so getting in and out is easy. Great food choices. Not terribly crowded. Has good deals. I usually just walk past the full priced items to the clearance in every store and snag the deals:) good views too. You can look at the water park from the path that goes from CVS to the mall and from food court too.
