Went into the ER with loss of blood and not being able to open my hand, they wouldn't acknowledge me until i went to the front desk when I finally got assistance after about 30 minutes the doctor gave me an attitude and worked very slowly alongside everyone else.
Terrible place with a terrible layout where you have to go all the way around the building to reach the ER.

Friendly staff, quick service, and knowledgeable doctor! We are visiting this area from Nashville, and my husband needed treatment for a spider bite. We were in and out quickly, and, more importantly, my husband had great care. Thank you, Providence Little Co. of Mary Medical, for taking such good care of my husband!

ER is horrible. The wait is so long. The response when asked how long could it possibly take to be seen or go into a room is that "it's the ER, the wait is going to be long!" Unexceptable. The staff is blunt with no compassion for patients. But there is a lot of personal things going on with the staff, laughing and playing amongst one another especially by the receptionist. Than if a patient asks a question, their smiles turns to "a matter of fact" attitude.

My Mom was in for 3 days. At The ER was great excellent service. But As soon she was admitted the things completely change they don't give her a good care at the 4 floor. They discharge her on the 16 at night even she still in a bad pain . And after few hours she was sending again to the ER in another different Hospital.
My advice to the people there is if you can be there with you love ones. They can die the patients needs to have a Family member to fight for them. Never leave alone you live one.

I went into the emergency room on a busy Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving with a serious situation. The triage was very efficient and recognized the seriousness right away. From that moment, the staff there went into action and within a couple of hours had found the cause of my issue. I was admitted and spent a week and although nobody wants to be an inpatient, the staff of Providence was absolutely excellent. Everyone is caring, friendly and dedicated to what they do. It takes a special person to work in the healthcare field and Providence has their share of great folks.

From the ER staff to the nurses on the 4th floor are all great. Dr. Bharatiya I'm not happy with service. I don't know what she's talking about, she's not expressing my concerns and walks out with out asking me is the conversation over.
Dr. Bharatiya and the Cordio Doctor (Lapaza -check spelling) tall slander younger lady. Are the reasons I gave the hospital 2 stars. No communication and I'm thinking it is because they see me as young. Like, what's going on? Explain for clarification

Nurse Phyu, Sandy and even Tiffany provided me with service that says, they care.

One star. This place is a labyrinth. Finding the maternity ward took foever. No signs anywhere, ineffectual front desk and disinterested staff. Wish to give zero stars but because one woman, ONE, helped us find our way when every other employees couldn't be bothered, I'll give one.

My aunt went into the emergency room on Friday afternoon. She has broken her hip by either falling or by twisting her body, putting pressure on her hip and pelvis. She was admitted into the emergency room, evaluated, given a scan and had a blood work up and received a bed at 2:30am, which in my experience is better than average hospital. She had surgery about 8 hours later and they put a pin in her hip. From the beginning and to date, the staff has been exceptional, the kind of service I have come to experience at Catholic hospitals. The people are very professional and at the same time very compassionate. This is an exceptional hospital and I am glad that my aunt is a patient there.

This has been the worst hospital visit ever! If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would because it does not even deserve 1 star. When we got there at 10 pm the emergency room was completely full. By 4 am it was nearly empty except for us and a couple other people who arrived way after us. We waited for 6 hours and were not seen by anyone. What kind of emergency room is that??? Apparently one has to show up dying to get treated or even looked at by the nurses. The desk women are useless and rude with a nasty attitude acting as if they don't get paid and are volunteering their time and apparently the doctors and nurses are incompetent. They can't take 10 minutes to look at a baby with fever. Do they have just one doctor who specializes in treating fevers, or does the hospital need help placing an ad for more doctors???? I do not recommend this hospital AT ALL. 3.8 stars is very generous and is not representative of the terrible place that it is.
