Staff here sucks. Guess it doesn't matter since nobody cares to read these and I was able to get my test done. Glad I didn't need special services.

I've been here twice now and both times the same individuals were working the desk. They are THE least humble people I have ever met and are pretty terrible at letting you know how the process works. Any time you ask a question they look at you like you're mentally challenged and just scowl. Wish they could be a little bit more helpful.
