Wonderful customer service! Everyone was willing to help us in anyway they could. Very reasonably priced cars. It was worth the drive to go up there.

Jim Hall helped my husband and myself to find the perfect truck we had been looking for! He is a very nice, knowledgeable and down to earth person, I feel like we couldn’t have gotten luckier with him greeting us when got there. Wonderful selection, fair pricing and they really work with you to get you the payment your looking for. Even tho this was almost three hours from our home I am glad we made the drive and would do it again. Thank you & Great work Progressive Chevrolet!

We contacted Lisa with details of what we were looking for and what we could afford. We had a 10 am appointment and was introduced to Robert Smith, our salesman. The team went to work for us, got us into a 2014 Chevy Cruze LT for a payment we could afford and we drove out at 12:15 pm. Fastest auto buying experience we have ever had. Robert and the team at Progressive Chevrolet were fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Progressive Chevrolet has a wide variety of vehicles and at a great price. I drove from PA to visit this dealership once then came back to purchase my truck. They really do have great deals and I can see why people would drive from out of state to come here. I highly recommend this place 👍

Easy purchase of a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT. They gave me a decent trade in value on my trade and I love almost all of the features on the Cruze. The only negative I noticed was limited storage inside but plenty of trunk space. Overall, a positive experience.

My family has bought multiple vehicles from Progressive Chevrolet the sales staff is incredibly helpful and the service staff was beyond reproach. We had an issue with one of our vehicles they were able to fix it right away the first time. Everything was covered under the warranty. We will definitely do business here again

This was my first time buying a new (ish) car!! I cannot be more happy than I am. Had an amazing salesman (ask for Garrick)!! He was beyond awesome!! Not only put up with me as a first time buyer, but with my dad, who was only trying to get this best for his daughter!! Even the finance lady was great. She went out of her way to really explain everything to me without judgement!! Highly recommend!!!!

My fiance made an appointment to test drive a car on Tuesday afternoon. We live south of Cleveland and the drive took all of an hour to get there. They called us in the morning to confirm that we were still coming to view the vehicle. We called them on the way to let them know we were in traffic and we were on our way. We arrive 15 minutes past our appointment time and the salesman informs us that the car was sold. We were highly upset due to the fact I took time off from work and drove an hour to this dealer for nothing! I dont think they even had the car for sale and were false advertisingwho knows? Bait n switch at it's finest!

I have had many dealings with the dealership and have purchased three cars from the Dodge dealer side. I have also had many dealings with the auto body side of the dealership with all of my cars. I have to say the most recent visits have proven to be the worst. The last time I took my vehicle in for repair the dealership left hand prints and foot prints with white dust all over the inside of my new 2016 Dodge Charger. This is something that is very hard to keep out of any car but should be managed with a good clean up before returning the vehicle to the customer. The other issue is the over spray that is on the windows and other parts of the car. I also understand that this is very hard to keep clean but I feel the car should go through a inspection process before returning to the customer. This is not the first time that has happened with one of my vehicles and I asked Dennis if he could make sure this doesn't happen but I still got my car back in sub-par condition. I am very unhappy about the service I have received.

Very friendly atmosphere and worth the 2 hour drive from PA. We came in with an exact truck in mind; low miles, super low price, dream truck. While they were drawing up the paperwork on my trade, Jason was more than happy to answer all our questions and even show us some other vehicles that we were just curious about. They were very flexible on our trade and Fran worked with us to get the price we were comfortable with. Could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Had a great experience from the time I walked in the door to the time that I left. I worked with Issac who did a great job of listening to what I wanted and getting me in the car I came wanting to get. Jason did an awesome job handling all of the paperwork so it I was in and out with keys in hand so I could be on my way. This is how car buying should be. No nonsense no up sell. Also veteran friendly
