I bought in my brand new black suede Prada boots that someone spilled something on . I tried to clean and then got recommended to Professional Shoe Repair in altamonte Mall .wow what an awesome job that Travis Luis did . I’m going to be bringing in all my shoes from now on . They did an awesome job . Can’t even tell their was a stain .

These guys do excellent work and their customer service is awesome. I've had them put suede soles (chrome leather) on multiple pairs of shoes for me and I've been very happy with all of their work. They are by far the best shoe repair service I've ever used.

I bought a pair of Sperry limited edition Star Wars shoes in a 12. I should have bought a 13 because they were digging into my heels. I couldn't return them since they were sold out. Brought them here and they stretched the toe area and the shoes fit perfect now. They said to wear them a few times and if they still don't fit right bring them back and they would try a few other things to make sure they fit. Excellent service and price.

I have an emotional attachment to one particular pair of heels. They are beautiful and I use to get compliments on them all.the.time. Over years of use and some aggressive walking on my part the fabric on the heel looked like I'd run them through a grinder. I thought I'd have to finally get rid of them but I decided to talk to the guys here first to see if anything could be done. I'd been bringing my shoes here for tip replacements for years so I knew they did good work. They suggested taking the fabric off which was beige and replacing it with black. Because the shoe had 3 colors in the design, one of them being black, it made sense to do it. I just picked them up and I was ecstatic. The heel looks like it always should have been black. Not only that but I got new soles and am more in love than ever. These guys are such good people and extremely good at what they do. If you want to support a local small business and have shoes that you just can't bear to part with please bring your business here. They are true technicians in their field.

I have been searching for some time to find a place where I could have my favorite shoes repaired. I stopped by Professional Shoe Repair (located inside of the Altamonte Mall) mid morning to have heel tips replaced on a pair of high heeled sandals and I was impressed with how pleasant and friendly the staff was. I was able to get my shoes repaired while I watched and waited, the process was quick and efficient I was in and out within 10 minutes!

Had to find a repair shop that could repair wife's shoes 👠 for an event tonight. Travis had no doubt that they would be able to have them finished on time. When I picked them up the shoes were fixed and ready for the event. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service. Excellent work! Saved me from buying new shoes and my shoes will last many more years. The no-slip grip on the bottoms are AMAZING. I'm so glad that service was recommended. I almost didn't recognize my shoes when I picked them up! Restored to their old beauty. Very pleased all around; will definitely go again and tell my friends.
