Mark believes in a holistic, balanced approach and positive thinking to achieve not only optimal health, wellness, and overall fitness, but optimal self-efficacy. The power that positive thinking can bestow in a person is enough to overcome any obstacle that may arise. Taking a holistic approach to fitness will encourage people to increase and improve cognition and self-awareness while simultaneously improving their physical capacity and every facet of fitness. Taking a holistic, balanced approach to fitness will promote overall health and wellness by working the mind and body in tandem.
About Mark:
Mark is an enthusiastic trainer that enjoys helping people not just reach, but shatter their goals! Mark grew up unhealthy, underactive, and overweight and found his passion for fitness at the end of high school. Mark loved how practicing a healthy lifestyle felt and the continuously improving attitude it was providing. With a newly transforming attitude and physique, Mark had summoned the confidence to enlist in the United States Air Force where he’d discovered his passion for fitness was ripe and a new passion for helping others achieve their own fitness goals. Mark is currently working towards a degree in Exercise Science and aspiring for a degree in Physical Therapy.
