Very professional and knowledgeable techs, even advised and resolved an issue unrelated to the problem being fixed.
I had a DEF system failure, and the dealership had a 5 day wait just to perform a diagnostic. Pro Fleet was able to see me first thing the very next day, obtain the parts from the dealership (yes, the same one that was going to make me wait nearly a week to be seen), and have me on the my way the same day. Additionally, the labor rate was less than the dealership rates, which was very reasonable.
The repair was performed about 2 weeks ago, and I've no further issues related to the repair. I would highly recommend this facility and will certainly use them again.report this review -

Had delivery here in Vegas, and my truck needed to fix some brakes problems and have alignment. This guys immediately took my truck , and i was ready to go in couple hours. People here are very professional, and doing their best. Also they using the best alignment equipment that you rarely can find in big truck cities like Chicago. Thank you for great service and best prices!

While passing through Las Vegas I booked an appointment online ahead of time to get the Oil Changed, DOT Inspection and brakes serviced for my semi truck. They got that done in a heartbeat plus with their free alignment diagnostics I was able to prevent the tire wear by getting the tire balancing done and the alignment checked on the truck and trailer. Happy camper here, will be back if in need of new truck tires, they have them in stock all the time. Ohh, I also liked that they store parts directly from the dealer in their shop and I didn't have to wait for the filters to arrive.

Deserves 10 stars. Michael was the best helping me out getting me in and out without hassle or waiting too long. They are the best semi repair shop in Las Vegas, NV and perhaps in the United States. The honesty they have here is close to nothing. They scanned my freightliner 2019 and fixed the issue right away. I will keep bringing my truck here for anything and everything. Don’t waste time anywhere else! Honesty, reliability, costumer service, fair in prices, professional & friendly. Thank you guys so much for giving me and my team the piece of mind when We go out in the road.
