Total lack of common sense. Left my car running while on the lift, while changing tires. Should have known that was a terrible sign. "Mark" argued with me over a unit that was affected by his negilence (and cost me $75 at another shop to fix). It's a company truck that this company will never see again. Taking my company account to Discount Tire! Longer drive but better tire shop.

I took my vehicle there on a Saturday. I wanted an alignment. They informed me I needed two new tires as well. I chose to shop around on the tires because they were too expensive through Pritchett. Well upon leaving my vehicle started to shake and one of my tires was wobbling horribly. They decided to rotate my tires, which I appreciated, however they failed to put all the lug nuts back on properly. When I walked in Monday morning to inform them, I was made to believe it was my fault because I didn't buy new tires within one day. I have a small child and to be accused that their inability to properly check the safety and quality of their own work was my fault is terrible. I wouldn't want anyone to go there!

Great service. I went there expecting to need a tire put on but they insisted it was safe to patch, they repaired it on the spot and I have driven several hundred miles on it without a problem. They saved me time and $$$ so I'm very happy and highly recommend them

Definitely the only "TIRE" store in town. Do not even think of going to someone else! Save yourself the hassle of trying to find a good tire store and just go here to begin with. You will not be disappointed.

Been using Pritchett for about 4 years now. Love them. they are great and won't take advantage. The first time I brought my Yukon to them I told them the brakes were bad. they called me back saying the brakes were not bad they just needed to be resurfaced or something which was probably an eighth of what getting the brakes replaced would've costed. Any other place would have taken advantage and changed the brakes and charged me more instead of being honest. Great honest people there.
