I do not like surprises. When I am told that a certain amount of work is going to need to be done and that work will cost X amount then that is what I expect to have to pay. I do not expect to have to pay anymore. So I give in and pay the extra. Then before I can even get home, the engine light is back on. After taking the truck back, I am told it will cost another $2,000 to finish repairing it. Do you think that people have $4,000 to do repairs on their truck. If I would have been told that this is what it would have cost me, I would have traded the truck on a new Truck and you can bet that it will never be a Chevy again if this is the way you do business.
Bought a new truck here and the service was flawless, painless and quick. Brought it in for servicing and aftermarket and not only do I find out they canceled my appointment without telling me. They hastily squeezed me in after we had all agreed to do servicing first and aftermarket tomorrow. It’s been 3 hours for a simple tire inspection and rough idle check and I find out they’re doing everything right now after I specifically told them not to and had scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. So now I have to fork over a rental deposit for a vehicle I didn’t want/need and they wasted a massive amount of time that I don’t have. Their intentions are good but the Priority in Priority Chevy isn’t about you. It’s about them.
Matthew House helped my mother in law buy her new car. I was so impressed I ended up buying a Suburban from him. I have owned many vehicles and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The people and the staff were quite nice. Especially since it was my first time going to a dealership to get my car fixed for my first car. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because the gentleman who was working on my car told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Three and a half hours later I left a lot so yeah that's a big difference I had to track him down for about 2 hours in before I left to ask what the heck was going I asked him for an update he said he was almost they were almost done. Another hour and a half later he finally came to get me. And I didn't just show up I made an appointment. I think four stars is more than generous
Please read before buying!!!!!! Worst play to buy a vehicle!!!!!once out of the lot that great smile and I can help goes away and specially when you buy a lemon. they make sure it does not come back to them and all them warranties they say they honor. THEY DONT!!!!

I was a walkin at priority ford quick lube to get my state inspection. The guy told me an hour to an hour and a half to get the car taken back. I said ok and sat down. 3 hours later the car is still sitting waiting and no communication. I got my keys back and left.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment to have an estimate on some minor scratches on my bumper. The lady who made the appointment fail to mention that i would have to take my car to the body shop for an estimate not the service center. When i dropped my car off at 10 am to the service center, i also pointed out my sunroof was making a noise when i would ride with the sunroof open. They failed to find the problem. Around 4:35 pm i called to see if anyone had an estimate for the paint job. After being transferred to 3 people someone finally said i would have to drive my car to the service center to the body shop which was directly behind it! So basically my car sat in the lot for 6 hours did not get an estimate nor did they call to try and fix my sunroof after i show the young lady who took my car in the problem!
