  Purchased a used vehicle from prestige Lexus, and within 4 days I noticed the tire pressure decreasing in one wheel. Upon further inspection, I noticed a piece of plastic wedged between one of the wheels and the rim (which could have only been physically done when the tire was being placed on the rim - which was later confirmed by the service department). Upon calling my salesperson, he told me he could not help me but would provide me with recommendations where to purchase a new tire (4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING).
  
  After speaking with the manager (who was rude and only helpful after arguing back and forth), who tried to claim it had not been like that when it was sold, I was finally able to get an appointment at the service center in which they removed the plastic and confirmed it came from the tire mounting machine.
  
  If you are looking for a dealership with GREAT customer service (like they claimed they were when selling me the car), do NOT go to prestige Lexus.
  
  The only pleasant part about this experience was how friendly and understanding the service manager was.

  Second time purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. I work both times with an amazing salesperson Mariela M. She help me tremendously with everything and made me feel like it was right car for me! The entire team was awesome & we were very appreciative of how helpful they were to ensure we secured this vehicle. Thank you a million! Look forward to more business with this company for sure!

  This is a first class dealership. I have been leasing new vehicles for over 30 years and this was by far, my most pleasing experience. Demetre Stathopoulos (Master Sales Consultant) is an absolute professional. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!
  From introduction to vehicle delivery, I wouldn't change a thing.

  Had a great experience with this dealer, drove close to 4 hours round trip due to the lack of availability of the colors we wanted. Larry was the Internet Specialist who got information for me quickly. Michele, in Sales, was helpful, transparent & incredibly friendly. Dan, in Finance, had all of our documents ready and explained them efficiently knowing we had come from far away. Vincenzo, our Delivery Specialist, explained all the features of the vehicle in an easy to understand manner & was very knowledgeable. The entire team was great & we were very appreciative of how helpful they were to ensure we secured this vehicle. Thanks!

  My third time getting a car from Prestige Lexus of Ramsey and Steve Glenwick is my man. All three times he gave the respect and trust that is truly hard to find at a car dealership especially these days. No pressure to buy. Helps with searches. And just have a true blue attitude. Definitely got me as a family member of Prestige Lexus and will continue to do business there.
