  Stellar company from start to finish! Easy to make an appointment with, communicative- calling ahead when on the way, explaining what was being looked into- friendly, took the time to listen to our circumstance and gave great effort to provide solution. Truly very pleased.

  Very satisfied with the work these guys did. Tim McClellan got me started in the process and helped the entire way. Got the entire roof replaced through my insurance company with his help. Scheduling for the roof replacement was flexible and the entire roof was done the same day. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

  Very happy with the actual roof and gutters. We signed the proposal and paid our deposit and everything happened way faster than I was expecting which is great. Down side is on three separate occasions I laid a point that I do not want nails specifically or trash and stuff left around. My kids run barefoot around and play in the yard, I was assured multiple times that this would not be an issue. I was advised that cleanup would happen then the project manager or guy in charge was coming back the next day to maybe sure everything was picked up. However we continue a week later to find sharp shards of aluminum from the gutters, nails with plastic tops and large aluminum nails, ( all of which not detected by their magnets but by sight) all through the front side and back yard, not to mention all of the flaky paper trash which is not a safety concern but still messy. I am upset because I was assured three separate times that this would not be an issue, but it is. So eating is ehh unless you don’t care about sharp nails and aluminum. Customer service experience was 100% but quality of clean up is a no go for me personally.

  Starting a total remodel on this 2005 double wide. First off has been a new roof and gutters. We could not be more pleased in the work frm Premiere Roofing &Gutters. Workers were all nice. Chad took very good care of us and seeing over everything. Recommended highly!!!

  The is a pre-review, and I will follow up with another review when the job is finished. So far, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service. Angela has been wonderful to work with and has emailed and called me to follow up on any and all questions I have. My son had Premiere Roofing replace his roof on his garage and was very impressed. Now I understand why. Looking forward to seeing our new roof :)
  
  Follow up. Angela kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was so sweet.
  
  The guys came out, replaced our roof on Monday and Gutters today. Am not disappointed. They all worked hard and are very sincere about their job.
