  They commit fraud and are liars. Good riddance, I'm glad they're going out of business! They won't actually deliver your furniture but they will keep your money. When disputing credit card claims, be prepared for harassment from Sharuq. They will lie and tell you your spouse wants you to stop disputing, even though you know they didn't. They'll act like they did everything, and even offer you a refund only to rescind it later. They are quite possibly the worst human beings I have ever dealt with.

  We were thrilled with the sales staff, Brandon went out of his way to get us the best prices on the pieces we chose. Brandon also worked tirelessly to secure our delivery on the date we requested. The quality of the furniture is exceptional and though one piece did show up with a bit of damage again Brandon stepped up and ordered a replacement piece with a smile.
  Overall our experience at Premier was great and we will do all future purchases through them. We were treated with respect throughout all our interactions and I can not give enough praise to Brandon for making our time spent working with Premier a pleasure.

  We had an excellent experience with the help of the store manager Brandon. He was very professional and gave us the space needed to make a decision as a family. He engaged our children to the point where they kept saying what a cool guy he was after we left. We would make another purchase in the future without hesitation.

  I recommend this store, they have wide range of branded collections to choose in nominal price is the best part, staffs are quite understanding, and have to mention about Mr. Brian, store manager, he is so understanding and helpful, I searched online and I contacted Brian on phone and asking for 3 seater sofa to match the couch which I already had, he helped me finding it , believe me or not I got the couch got delivered within 24 hours, and that was super fast and really appreciated, overall felt very happy for the purchase,

  Don't buy anything from there stores especially Room Designs in Naperville, IL. They promised to delivery our bedroom furniture by 11/11/16 or 11/12/16. They wrote it on our invoice but we are still waiting for our furniture that we have paid in full. They said they cannot deliver it until it's paid in full. We have gone to the store and called numerous times about this issue. They will not provide us with the number of the delivery company they use. They promised to call me before the store closes on 11/15/16 to have delivery on 11/16/16 but they never called. I tried calling the store several times before 7:00 PM on 11/15/16 but they are avoiding my calls. This is horrible way to treat customers especially since I am over 33 weeks pregnant and my young kids and husband have no bed to sleep on. They do not care, I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this store. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. At least now I know why they are closing and have to liquidate. They take your money and give you the runaround. At least we did not order our living room and dining room furniture from this loostore. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give them negative stars I would.

  Visited Premier Furniture looking for bunk beds for grandkids when they come to visit. Great buying/shopping experience, Brian the Sales Assistant was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and sold me a floor model that I love. My grandkids love their new beds also. I'll definitely visit PF again!!

  When we decided that we needed new office furniture, our first thought was to come here. You will not find better prices or better people to work with. I tell everyone to come here when they need furniture. You can get the best quote from another store and they will beat it. Brandon has been our go to guy for multiple purchases and always does everything he can to get us the best deal possible and makes sure we always leave happy. Genuine, honest, the best deals and never pushy. What more could you ask for?

  First I'll start off with how great their prices are. We shopped around for a kitchen table and by chance came across this store. We didn't buy the first time we walked in and the salesmen did not push us to. We came back because we loved one of the tables so much! Our table was delivered in less time than expected and unfortunately it was delivered damaged (not the stores fault). There were NO questions or hesitations. They told us that at no charge they would have a new one delivered to us. A few weeks later I got the call that it was in and had it delivered the next day. The salesmen are nice, respectful and the manager is a great guy to work with. Answers your questions promptly and if he can't then he'll call back after he finds out any information you need. All in all a great experience even after initially having a damaged product delivered.

  Really horrible experience dealing with Premier Furniture Outlet! They are never firm on their words. I bought a piece from them and believe me its the BIGGEST mistake of my life. Initially when i was planning to buy it, the sales person said we will get it in 4-6 weeks where 6 weeks is the maximum. Its been more than 8 weeks and we haven't yet received our furniture. And when you call them all they say is they cannot say anything when we will get the furniture. And moreover once you place your order you cannot even cancel it....its like you are stuck with them...neither I am getting my furniture nor am i able to cancel the deal!!! and on top of that their customer service is very very bad!!! At the time of selling their stuff, they promise you everything but it doesn't match up with their actions or deal. And i happened to book stuff worth over 2000$ at their showroom. WORST mistake of my life. My sincere advice to everyone, stay away from this showroom....there are plenty of other outlets and much better than this one in the area. Am never never again coming to this store again.
