This is, in my opinion, the worst possible place to look for a rewarding career. They will micro manage you to death and then penalize you for the hit to your performance. I'm glad that these crooked assholes in Daytona Beach went under.

Worst safety bathtub company ever. The tubs leak and they will not give you any service after installation.

The worst company ever. Absolutely no customer service skills. As a matter-of-fact no one responds or returns calls. Have been dealing with them since 2015. Took our money and literally ran. The company takes your money then changes locations and staff. No tub, no money refunded to a Vet. If I could give no stars I would.

One of these walk in tubs came in the house that I bought. I called and ordered (and paid for!) a replacement seal for the door and was told it would be delivered in a couple days....3 weeks and many phone calls later I still don't have it! I tried calling today and all of a sudden the phones are disconnected. I sent an email to them and have not heard back yet and from the other reviews I probably won't. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

The reviews about the terrible service are spot on! The scumbag salesman sold us a tub that was too small, and tried to get me to sign the paperwork stating that install was completed satisfactorily- the day I bought the tub and weeks before it was actually installed. Tried telling me that "everybody" signed that paperwork that day. I called Synchrony Bank and they of course told me not to sign that document until the tub had been installed properly. When the actual tub was delivered, it was barely large enough for a child (keep in mind this was a $14,000 bathtub). The company "upgaded us" to a laguna tub, installed it, and then told us after it was installed and filled with ice cold water that my hot water tank was large enough to accommodate this model (the salesman saw the hot water tank and wrote the size down in his book). We refused to sign the installation documents. The company acknowledged they made a mistake and tried to fix it by offering to install a cheap inline hot water system. Because the system required so much voltage, we were going to have to install a new electrical panel for my house. I finally asked them to return the tub and refund our money. They came and got the tub, and two months later refunded the money that was owed through Synchrony. They never refunded the 2k in cash that I put down when I bought the tub. This whole process took nearly two years to resolve, during which time I had a useless tub in my house (unless I wanted to take an ice bath). I have tried to recoup the 2k, but have not been able to reach a single person in the cooperate office.

Premier care LLC is absolutely the worst company you can buy a walk in tub from!!! BUYER BE WARE!!!! PLEASE TAKE MY REVIEW SERIOUSLY... we bought a tub in May 2016 and the sales man gave us such a good deal...lol, ha! Well the tub was installed on June 8, 16 and right away we knew something wasn't right...we waited the 24 hours to use the tub so the next day we took our shower/bath and it started pouring water over the sides, like a waterfall..
Oh geez...our bathroom was soaked...so guess what..every number in our new folder they gave us was out of service, disconnected...of course except the good old finance department!...we told them the problem which went nowhere...so weeks went by and we finally contacted our installers...they came and checked our tub and confirmed it was defective, long story short...a month later we got another one which was also defective, but this time the installer knew right away it was so he contacted the vp..idk why, a month later after that leaky tub damaged my carpet and wood floor we ended up with another piece of crap leaky tub and now in litigation with the company over why they aren't making it right!

***WARNING*** Do not do business with this company, subcontractors or consumers. I have done subcontracting work for this company and they do not pay their bills or answer their phone. I have tried to call them for 3 months and have not been able to speak to anyone yet.

They also need to be turned over for fraud, because they are extremely price gouging customers and insurance companies.

Much experience with Premier. The couple of issues that came up were handled promptly, professionally, and to the satisfaction of both customers and contractor. In one case, the customer was completely wrong, and the company treated her like a VIP, fixing the "problem" immediately.

These people are absolute scumbags. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I'm a small electrical contractor who was hired by Premier Care In Bathing to do the electrical portion of a tub installation. They have not paid me for my work, and they won't talk to me or reply to my attempts to contact. Other tradespeople in our area have been similarly ripped off by this company.

I strongly urge potential customers to avoid Premier Care In Bathing as you risk having liens put on your property for non-payment of the trades being subcontracted to carry out the work.

It's ridiculous how callous these thieves are. We feed our families by being paid to do honest work. You are only hurting your local businesses and their families by dealing with this company.

Do not trust or use premier care. I used to do work for this company as an electrical contractor. Company has bad financial issues. I was never paid for my work. You the Customer will End up with a lien from a contractor on your home. Several other contractors and I seemed to be in the same boat. People with this Company are rude and have no Morals or Ethics. Only thing they care about is getting you to sign a contract. Don't do it. Its not worth it don't fall for premier cares lies.
