I will recommend going there. If you are looking for new or used. I will recommend you talk to Art Trevino. He is a really down to earth guy willing to put you behind your new vehicle.

Had the best salesman ever!! Very smooth transaction. Left the dealership with exactly what I wanted. Worked with us on price and payment. Definitely would recommend this dealership to others.

I asked for a tire rotation in addition to my oil change. When I picked up the car the rotation had not been done and I was told that they didn't need it because they were wearing properly. I was charged for it anyway. I noticed the discrepancy and had to return to the dealership to get a refund. I also mentioned that the air pressure was low in a couple of tires. I thought that would be taken care of during the rotation. They 'checked' the tires and said they were good but didn't add any air. I do not believe they were ever checked. I was also told that the brakes were good then a couple days later while in for a different service at your dealership I was told they were 2mm less and required immediate service. This kind of action does not instill confidence in your work from a customer.

Everyone at Preferred was very friendly and professional. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and worked hard for my business. The General Manager, Tony Franklin, is a real class act. Greeting me warmly and treating me like family. My sales consultant, Matthew Koops, was genuine, trustworthy, and took the time to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. I was impressed that he walked me through the different features of the cars I was test driving. Even after the sale, both Tony and Matthew have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my new vehicle and to address any questions or concerns I had. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Preferred and their level of service and commitment to their customers and the vehicles they sell.

I come to Preferred Buick from out-of-state because of the level of confidence i have that any repairs recommended are needed and will be done in the best possible way. It also doesn't hurt that your staff is so friendly and accommodating. I always feel safer on the road after Preferred has made repairs to my vehicle,,

Wow!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I could not have asked for a better experience for buying my first car! My salesman, Robert Corbett, was absolutely amazing. He was real, honest, and worked SO very hard to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I will forever recommend people to him and this dealership. It only got better when I met with the finance manager, Brett Dutton. He was so helpful. Answered all of my crazy questions and my parents' crazy questions. He made sure I got the best financial deal for my budget. I am so blown away with how amazing this experience was and I can't wait to continue to come here for future cars and recommend anyone I know looking to this location.
Great job Preferred Chevrolet, you guys are truly great.

They do good work here. But, don't expect speedy service! An oil change takes an hour or more in wait time. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am it's now 12:14pm and I am still waiting in the waiting room Ain't nobody got time for this! It's completely unacceptable! When you have an appointment for an oil change it should be 30 minutes at most! Pretty disgusted at this point!

I came in to have repairs done on my equinox before I drove to Georgia. The car was in serious trouble and the service dept suggested (strongly) that I didn't drive it. They explained the problems and why it wasn't safe. Chris spent the entire day (as did the finance guy) to get me into something else, that I could afford.
The team was great!

Feedback on recent used car purchase.
I just completed purchase of a 2012 GMC Sierra with the assistance of Robert Corbett. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Robert went to the extreme to make sure I had the information needed to make a decision. I felt well informed on options and final costs. Robert made sure I was satisfied with the process and ultimately the vehicle I purchased, My thanks to Robert and the Preferred team.

Just bought my son a used car from this dealership in Grand Haven. Test drove many cars and the selection was plenty here. Worked with Steve Schnettler - he is AMAZING! Gave us a fair price for the trade in and was able to negotiate a deal with him. No stress with this transaction. Would highly recommend Steve and Preferred Chevrolet in Grand Haven. Top notch service.

Robert Corbett was my salesman, I appreciated his efforts to make sure I was aware of issues the car had prior to the sale. He was able to get the price adjusted to take into account the items that needed repair. I am happy with my purchase and the experience I had at Preferred Chevrolet Buick GMC and with Robert Corbett
