  Excellent customer service! My experience with power home remodeling has been great. Everyone associated with the project including sales agent was very professional and respectful of our time and space. We used their service to install radiant barrier on our attic and I would strongly recommend them.

  All 15 of our windows were replaced in one day [6 hours to be exact]—STRESSFREE! Totally recommended. A good combination of a very competitive price, great people and a very detailed job. Customer care is one their biggest pluses. My wife is HAPPY and so are we all.

  We've used Power Home Remodeling when we lived in New York. The windows and doors are of excellent quality. The technicians were outstanding and courteous. We've moved to Georgia and were pleasantly surprised that they did work here as well. We've had work done in the attic and had several windows and exterior doors replaced. Our house looks and feels better. The energy cost savings are a big plus.

  My experience with Power Home Remodeling has been excellent. From the sales associate (Ronnie) to the quality control associate (Damon) and everyone I dealt with through this process. Ronnie was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the product during our appointment. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made us comfortable while working with them. We replaced windows and the finished product was very high quality. I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone. It is our hopes to have them come again for more projects to help maintain the value of our home.

  I got my attic insulated with the radiant barrier. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and clear in explaining and demonstrating the benefits of the radiant barrier. This helps keep the attic cooler which helps reduce the energy usage and protects the structure of the roof as well. All the personnel, on various appointments, arrived on time and were professional. Although, I felt a little pressurized by having to sign the contract the first time the sales associate came in - to obtain the first time discounted price. It would have been great if they had given me 24-48 hours to do my research. Looking forward to having a greener home!

  From start to finish we could not have had a more smooth experience with the professionals at power home remodeling. The initial low pressure sales pitch that we had was a pleasure, never once did Jeremy, our rep, push us to buy, we made the decision on our own. The pre install manager was also very nice and professional. John did a great job of confirming the work that was to be performed and installing our two new nest thermostats that came with the package. We absolutely love our new thermostats! The installers were quick and efficient and didn't leave a mess. Our 18 month old actually slept through the entire install! There was no mess left behind after the install and my wife who was home alone while they were there felt comfortable the entire time. After the install the quality assurance manager Damon truly cared about our satisfaction and that is just something that doesn't exist as much as it should these days. I would absolutely refer all my friends and family to power for all of their window/roofing/insulation needs! Great job guys, thanks!

  Excellent customer service from sales people to installers. Good communication, they kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. The windows look wonderful! The installers were very professional, efficient, and really nice. This is our third purchase of windows through this company. The windows really seem to have had a beneficial effect on our electric bill. We will definitely use Power Home Remodeling for any additional home improvements.

  A very professional and knowledgeable team at Power. We had all of our windows and the door to the front entrance of our home replaced. Worked with us to lower the cost of our project through an incentive program they were offering when we had the work done. Excellent follow up throughout the project and dates for completion were just as we had agreed. There was a noticeable difference in our home immediately after the work was completed. Do yourself a favor, contact Power Home Remodeling group for any energy upgrades you are planning to have.

  Professional, Knowledgeable, and Quality! I have loved my experience with Power from day 1. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with what you are purchasing and know every detail of every step that it will take to complete your installation. They where more focused on making sure I was educated than forcing a sale on me. Extremely courteous! Their customer service cannot be beat! We installed new windows in our entire home, and cannot be more happy with the quality of their product. Our windows where even ready earlier than we expected. We are looking forward to doing more business with you guys in the near future!

  We have used Power twice and very pleased.
  Very professional..replaced rotten wood..redid our lighting..putting up new fixtures for us..
  They have quality materials..excellent sales people..

  A door to door salesman ask if i wanted a free estimate. I thought why not, so i set an appointment for today. I get a confirmation call like stated. So far positive experience until the dispatcher tried to close the sale before anyone came to the home. I kindly stated i was not pressed but wanted to know of it was a need to replace my windows. The young lady stated they have finance options etc.... I intentionally told the lady i was in bankruptcy and thats when things went down hill. She tried to get out the appointment all together, and what do you know i have a second call where now its a staffing problem. Just wanted the people to know that trying to close a sale without even taking a look could cost you customers.

  This company is outstanding. They perform at a five star level from the person treatment you get at the very beginning of the process, to the installation crew being both highly professional and quite comfortable, to the warranty and quality control people who check up on the job on progress who are simply fine folks. At every step along the way we received great answers, fine service, and lots of help. If anything they may be extra helpful. We had four windows done for our first work with Power Home Remodeling and boy do they look great! I would recommend them to anyone.

  Overall, the experience with Power Company was great. The sales presentation was lengthy and the salesperson was very persuasive. He was very nice and explained everything very well. The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that if you sign at that time the price was significantly lower than if you waited til later to make the decision. The preinstall inspector was very efficient and the install guys were top notch. They had those windows installed and everything cleaned up in just a few hours. I really love being ble to tilt both top and bottom of the window so in to clean them. Love the windows.

  All in all a great experience. People who did the work were very professional. The quality manager came out at the end of the job to inspect and walk through the job with us. The only issue I have is that the sales pitch took 4 hours. Windows are of great quality and sounds like a great company. Much better experience than other contractors I've ever worked with.
