  They are nice and friendly until you have a problem and your package is lost. They'll stonewall you for awhile then take a report and then not followup. It's not worth the convenience to have a place not help you at all and take the ostrich approach when you have a serious problem. Do not trust your shipping with them.

  I really like this business. They give great customer service and are always friendly and helpful. I use them for shipping, but also for printing. Great quality printing and good prices as well. From business cards to color brochures, they are my go to place!

  Just wanted to say thank you to Chuck. I appreciate the excellent customer service that you always provide and the superior quality of your work on anything I have brought in to your store. Your generosity and support of local schools is also very much appreciated. The students at Winterpock Elementary School thank you as well. I highly recommend PostNet on Hull Street to anyone who has printing needs.

  This is my preferred place to ship packages. Better than average customer service. I drive right past the UPS Store to go to them. Can usually park right out front and get in and out quickly. Never had any problems with them shipping over 100+ packages.

  We at Chesterfield Learning Center have been pleased with PostNet's quality of service and turn-around times. Chuck especially was careful, when reprinting a brochure we gave him, to be sure the margins were in line. Furthermore, he encouraged us to submit a copy of the template on his own company computer, so we could make simple changes in the future, if necessary.
