Have never been able to get an alignment. They only do this during the day when you are at work. No weekend work except putting on tires. If you work for a living and need anything other than tires on Saturday you are screwed. That's why I am at Free service and tire right now in morristown. Getting an alignment, brake job and two true on Saturday. Porters would NOT do thus because I asked. My new tire store us now in Morristown . Good riddance.

Have bought tires here several times in the past, and always had a good experience so that's why I'm not completely bashing them. This time though they dropped the ball - requested/received online quote for 4 tires and installation, scheduled appointment and waited on confirmation but nothing for 2 days. Decided to show up at the appointment time and they were clearly unaware of it. No in-stock tires to match the quote. The customer lobby has went downhill also, dirty feel to it, and the employees looked like they slept in their clothes.

There are tire stores on every corner so hopefully they'll improve the customer service aspect of their business. Scheduled an appointment same day with Firestone in Halls (for Bridgestone Ecopia's) and already confirmed and tires in stock at $80 cheaper including TPMS kits and labor, so that's where my $700 bucks is going today!

I don't know of anywhere with better prices and service. Porters stays busy for that reason.
