  If I could use one word to describe this place it would be "incompetence". Waited almost a month for a part to come in and then we didn't even need the part. They have already scammed over $300 from me at this point and my spa is still broken. Then I waited two days just for the price of another part. I never even got the price because I got my money back and hired a tech who does his own work(not for pool and spa Depot). Also, be aware that pool and spa Depot will say you need a whole new heater or a whole new pack when in actuality you only need a smaller less expensive part, but they make more money off the bigger parts and it's easier to replace. So I guess "incompetence" and "scam artists" could both describe this place.

  We purchased a Bahama by Dynasty / Tranquility Harbor Spa last month and we are loving it. The salesman was both very informative and patient with us as this is our first spa. Delivery was quick and Cody and his team did a fantastic job of installation. He provided valuable information pertaining to upkeep and operation of the spa. We took a water sample in after one week for complimentary testing and were given advice on what chemicals we needed to add and when to add them. At no time did we feel any pressure to purchase anything. The staff at this business is outstanding. We would recommend buying your pool, spa, sauna, and supplies from Pool and Spa Depot of Franklin, Tn.

  Well don’t know where to begin. The pool installation was delayed 3 times and not because of bad weather. Their own stupidity in ordering the right size liner for the pool. The installation process was finally done but they left 2 big boulders in my back yard that cannot be moved without machinery. One boulder blocks the entrance to the yard .Thus will be unable to mow my lawn now. Also, they ignored my instructions to put the motor pump and big sand filter away from fence so that I have room to maneuver my lawn mower around everything easily. Another road block. Considering speaking to an attorney about this poor service. Very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a great experience. One star for the sales rep. who was indeed very knowledgeable. The rest are uneducated rednecks !

  Jake was very informative and listened to what we wanted. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Way better experience than Family Leisure. Can't wait to be swimming soon!!!

  My Dad had a terrible experience with this company! They are still trying to get it resolved but the lack of customer service is a huge fault. Over charged for 12 trucks to take the dirt out when originally they said 4-6 trucks. A 20 gallon pool is approximately 100 cubic yards of dirt and then they asked where to take the dirt to dump it? Didn't show up numerous times when they were suppose to. Very unprofessional. Didn't show up to back fill around the pool until 6 months later after my Dad already did it. He even had to rent a bobcat machine to remove all the dirt and gravel they left piled up 6 ft high. They never got a pool cover they were supposed to get. The concrete is discolored that they poured around the pool. The company said the only thing they could do about the concrete would be to stain it at a cost to my Dad. The hassle they have had to deal with is ridiculous. Don't recommend!!!

  Great staff!! Very nice people! Although, their phone does not stop ringing. When it does the employee that is with you will stop in the middle of what they are helping you with and answer the phone and give that person their undivided attention like you are not even standing there. I counted 4 times this happen last time I was there. Something that could have taken 3 minutes took over 20 because of this. Kinda rude. Corporate needs to seriously get a answering service!

  The sales people were the best to work with. Great customer service and the owner made a point to contact me and to meet us at time of purchasing. Overall great experience. We are excited awaiting our pool. We got much better service here than their competitor.

  This place is amazing. Great selection and the staff know way more than I ever even thought there was to know about pools. They make sure you understand what you are getting and what would best fit your needs. Can't wait to get our pool!

  I am incredibly impressed by both the quality AND customer service of Pool & Spa Depot. I initially just wanted a hot tub and as usual I REALLY shopped around. The quality here was just above and beyond what I found at other similar stores. The sales people were both knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I LOVE my new hot tub...it's amazing!!! There was one small issue with the cover that they resolved very quickly. Overall just an amazing experience. People who stand behind their products and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend this place and the products they carry.

  Will never recommend this place to anyone. If you are considering purchasing a pool please go to Family Leisure, formally Watson's. We purchased a pool from Watson's 18 years ago and our pool was AWESOME! This time we purchased our replacement from Pool and Spa Depot because it was closer to our home. HUGE MISTAKE! We have dealt with the service department since our purchase date of July 19, 2016. Installers did a horrible job. The bottom had so many bumps and trenches in it, we could not even vacuum it nor will our automatic vacuum go over these bumps. Had to drain 16,000 gallons of water 2 weeks later for our liner to be redone. Well it is some better but still has bumps just not as many, now we have lots of wrinkles in the bottom. So bad the vacuum sucks them up and gets stuck on them. Since it is almost time to close, I am not going to have it redone at this time but will be contacting them regarding having our liner redone in the spring when we open. Pool and Spa Depot has no concern for customers. When they decided to change our date for the liner to be redone they did not even bother to call and let us know. I could go on and on about their POOR service but I hope you take my advice and consider purchasing a pool from somewhere other than Pool and Spa Depot. Hope your service department is ready when I call to set up the third time to have our pool straighten out. I bet this time I WILL tell them how to do their job. Don't rake my sand under my liner. Dang I will even supply the board to smooth the sand (like Watson's did).
  
  This review is being edited to give anyone additional information. Within 24 hours after posting this review, Pool and Spa Depot contacted me regarding my disappointment in their service. We discussed all of the above. Most of it they were aware of. It was all documented in their service department. There has been a change in the service department so hopefully they are working to make certain that customers are satisfied and that they come first. We agreed that I would call back in March to schedule our liner to be redone at opening. I do appreciate Pool and Spa Depots attempt to work with us to make us satisfied in our purchase from them. However this does not compensate us from having to drain close to 16,000 gallons of water not once but twice plus chemicals, to correct our issue. This does not change anything about the above review, just wanted everyone to know that hopefully by spring we have a pool that is to our satisfaction.

  We have our brand new above group pool up and running thanks to you. It was so easy to come in and talk to a sales person, and get all the information we needed to make the best buying decision for our pool purchase. They came and set it up, and we were ready to begin filling it. I was even able to stop in the store and get an additional item I needed (a filter for our garden hose) and the owner was extremely nice and helpful. I love shopping there for all our pool and outdoor needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I highly recommend Pool and Spa Depot for anyone looking for a pool, spa, or other outdoor items. Simply the best!
