  Recent experience has not been satisfactory. Debbie is great! Mosha has to work on satisfying the customer's needs.

  This company has horrible service, my mother is 83 years old and cant really see anymore so i guess they figure why scrub the walls of the pool since she cant see. This is unacceptable how do you come out to the property to service the pool and not scrub the walls of the pool, just pouring chemicals into the water isnt going to solve the algea issue. Algea thrives off of sunlight so unless the walls are scrubbed it will continue to grow more and more.
  This issue needs to be handled thats what we pay for i myself am in the service industry and this isnt customer service, this isnt the type of service we pay for. Thanks for trying to get over on an elderly lady Pool center usa, hope you feel good about yourself. This is just pure laziness honestly.

  They are an absolute catastrophe. I used them for weekly pool cleaning and to resurface our pool and spa. I fired them within 30 days and went with another company.
  
  For pool service, they would no show on the scheduled dates. It got so bad, my pool actually turned green. Then they had the balls to try to charge me $200 for a special cleaning.
  
  For the resurfacing, it was a comedy of errors. First, they killed my grass draining the pool onto my lawn with the rancid green water from not cleaning the pool. Which also attracted flies for weeks. Second, the crew who did the work left a mess, staining the pavers around the pool. When they were done, the pool was supposed to be scrubbed daily for 30 days. I was left to do that myself. Third, they simply stopped coming back to vacuum or put in chemicals. And when we'd try to find out why, we would get attitude and excuses while my pool started turning green again. Finally, after a couple weeks of hearing the pump struggle and low volume on the spillway, my new company found pieces of pipe that were swepted into the pool drains that clogged up the pump.
  
  Avoid them at all costs. Maybe they were good in the past, but not now.

  I never write reviews, but I had to write one here. It really upset me that ignorant people are writing negative reviews, which I don't agree with, they are so wrong. I've had pool service with this company for many years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just had my pool redone and I am very happy with the job they did. The owner, Moshe explained everything to me and everything he said he was going to do, he did. He is an honest man. Debbie in the office was also very helpful and patient with me and all my questions. All the workers were nice and respectful. I never had any problems with them. What people don't understand is that they cannot resurface the pool when it's raining, which is really out of anyone's control. If people were a little more understanding and not so ignorant about the weather and how it affects pool work, they would agree that the service is great. I've always had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

  Used their services twice before I realized how unsatisfactory and unprofessional they were. The first time they came out, the pool had just as many leaves and dirt in it from when I had seen it that morning. I made sure the second time I was home to watch them they worked for a total of 20 minutes and all they did was add chemicals to the pool as well as change the cartridges. They claim they vacuum and clean the pool as a part of their fee however that did not happen. When I called to discuss this with them as a concerned customer, I could hear the owner in the back exhibiting extremely unprofessional behavior. I don't understand why it was so hard to just apologize and come back to fix it? I would have been happy to stay a customer as I am huge supporter of small business.
